Dinner was no better. The dishes lacked flavor, and the portions were small. I also noticed that some items on the menu were not available, and what was served was of poor quality. The food was barely edible, and I ended up skipping meals rather than risking another unpleasant experience.To make matters worse, the service in the restaurant was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing any complaints. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I would not recommend dining here, and I suggest looking elsewhere if you’re expecting decent food during your stay.

We family have went after long days to mantralaya. Due to continuous holiday during Christmas, heavy rush so no rooms available. We went for this lodge mainly to take bath. But after we paid our rent and gone to room for bath, We got worst worst experience. WATER 💧 given was SANITARY and totally unhygienic, We vomitted due to that smell of water. Not good service in terms of water. Totally waste 🫥

Worst experience ever. They will charge 2-3k per room and it's not even worth 100rs. Dont ever book this lodge as there is no basic facility like hot water, proper lights. And they turn off electricity to save electricity bill. Bathrooms, bed, blankets are dirty. Nothing is good about the stay.

Worst experience of my life, will stay on foothpath but not in this hotel. The cost for 2ppl for 1 day is 3k but the room is not even worth 200rs. 1. Dirty room, strain marks everywhere 2.bedsheet and pillow is dirty, not washed since 2 years for sure 3.stinky smell everywhere in the room 4.color of water is yellow in bathroom 5. No basic amenities such as towel soap etc

This hotel is a scam. They will charge 2k-3k for 1 day per room. The condition of the room is pathetic. Trust me , just go to bathroom and fill the bucket with hot water and check the color of the water before booking the room, it's stinking pale yellow colour. Edit: I added this feedback before checking out of the hotel and the manager started arguing and fighting for giving 1 star.

I don't even want to give it 1 star . Since there is no other option I am giving it 1 star . Very dirty bathrooms and toilets they will not clean it. Very dirty, black water And first they will give ground floor and after 5 to 6 hours they will shift to first floor we cannot even switch on the TV and AC . Very Very bad service. Please don't book this lodge. And for this dirty room they took Rs 2000 from us.

The conditions of thing's is too worst , cleanliness was totally poor !! Not recommended for Yatri's Before Checking into a room , firstly see the room conditions & then log in - unless don't waste the money ( By giving valuable money into useless conditions in a room ) Location is very near to Temple , that's only the positive point !!

NO HOT WATER FACILITY! They will lie to you that hot water is available full time, but its not available! The rooms are small and very badly maintained, dirty sheets, bathroom is horrible, room infested with cockroaches!
