张掖饭店

我第一次住这么便宜的四星级的酒店。是那种一般标准间，热水啊电视上面都有，很便宜，里面的设施也很好。那个地方也不太堵车，还挺方便的。服务可能稍微差点，前台很不错。我在甘肃那边住的酒店，他们基本上不会给你钥匙的，钥匙在他们手里，你去的时候跟他说，他会给你开门，然后开门的速度有点慢。你经过前台的时候叫一声他们会给你开，可能他们酒店有点大，跑步过来，我们大概等了十几分钟才来。

我们自驾游到张掖，只想找个有wifi的便宜宾馆，这家符合要求。洗澡水也很好，不过房间里沒有wifi,楼道里有，如果开着门，房门口也有一些信号。还有一个好处，就是宾馆门口有个旅行社，如果你第一次到张掖，可以得到关于张掖的一切旅游和饮食信息，地图等。她们很热情。有一个缺点：没有电梯。

The hotel is situated outside Zhangye at a (mosquito-ridden) lake. People speak only little English but were very helpful and did their best to accommodate our needs. |The hotel was fully booked so we got a business suite which was amazing: two bathrooms, a sauna, a huge living room which almost looked like a Chinese style formal reception room and a little office area with a printer. The terrace was also very nice: in the shade in the evening, but the wooden furniture was almost falling apart. But you can use furniture from inside. |Unfortunately, the aircon in the bedroom wasn’t working, but we didn’t complain and turned it up really high in the other rooms. The hair dryer was not good but everything else was in very good shape. The business suite was located in an annex about 10 minutes walking from the main building.|Breakfast was mainly Chinese with very few Western options. All in all an agreeable stay.

Upon entering this Hotel, I found the property to be very large - besides the main Hotel building, there are separate buildings for the swimming pool, gym and other restaurants. However, these separate buildings are a long walk to get to and some of the other external restaurants that we saw in the brochure for the hotel were not even open for business when we were there in October. The main Hotel building was impressive in design and was very clean, as well as the grounds area. The room that we were given was very spacious (see photos) and clean. I assume that it is their typical standard room.||||As mentioned in a prior TripAdvisor review, this Hotel has only one restaurant in the main building which serves as the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner area. I do not speak any Chinese and I found that there were no English speaking waiter and/or waitresses working at this restaurant which I had dinner at for my two-day stay at the Hotel. However, one waitress was able to communicate with me by using a Tablet that had photos of their menu items, so I was able to place my dinner order by just pointing to the menu items that I was interested in. The printed restaurant menu has no photos. This is not the only restaurant in China that I have been to that had no English speaking waiters/waitresses - this is typical in the more remote cities of China.||||Another negative feature about this Hotel is location - it is quite far away from city center so there are no nearby shops, restaurants (besides Hotel), etc. A positive feature of this Hotel is location by a nice lake area with a boardwalk with scenic views of the grounds area - great for an evening stroll. ||||So if you are looking for a Hotel in a very quiet area that is away from any traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city - this is your Hotel. If you are looking for a hotel that is located in the central city area with a multitude of shopping, museums, markets that are within walking distance - this is not your hotel.

Zhangye Hotel location was great for walking in and around the town. The room was comfortable and had a working air conditioner. The bathroom left a bit to be desired - very poor water pressure (little more than a drizzle at times) and we only had hot water once during our three night stay. Staff were pleasant but disinclined to interact even with the aid of a translator app.

The hotel is huge, room is average size. The problem is they only have one restaurant (different rooms though) with only one menu. We wanted to have dinner after a long-day driving. When we approached one restaurant, we were asked if we were in a group or by ourselves, they a seat was assigned in a big room where we were the only customers. We asked to go to another restaurant and were told whichever "space", the menu would be the same one. Our room came with breakfast and the again each day we were assigned a particular place and could not have a choice and the buffet selection was the same the two days we stayed though in two different rooms. The hotel claimed it has gym and pool but they were indeed located in another building which was also the facilities of the nearby residential property.

Заказала номер через букинг, долго меня мучали на заселении, т.к. номер брони в букинге совпадал с номерами мобильного в этом регионе. Думаю, заказать на месте было бы даже дешевле, без 15% наценки. Цены, что висели на первом этаже, совпадали с букингом, только тот еще мифический налог прикрутил.Номер дали прокуренный, при просьбе поменять ответили, что они все такие, для некурящих у них нет. Старшая велела дать мне самой выбрать. Я обошла и обнюхала все номера и выбрала получше. Пошла в душ, взялась за полотенце-а оно абсолютно мокрое. Пришлось звонить и просить сухое. Они кладут в номер сразу после стирки полотенца, не просушив. Рядом есть супермаркет, едальня уйгурская, но она грязная. Место, с которого отходят экскурсионные автобусы, относительно недалеко от гостиницы. Еще рядом есть торговый центр, дорогущий для этого города. Ну и город маленький, всё рядом. Остановки тоже рядом, такси до вокзала 10 юаней

RMB880.00 per night , What will you Expect ??||1) Change Bed sheet everyday ? ( they will not change till guest check-out||2) Mini bar nothing , Only a price chart , Fridge also Empty. ||3) 2 bottle of Mineral water is Free. We Requested another 2 bottles, they reply Extra will be Chargeable. RMB 880.00 is around SGD180.00 per night .||4) 7 days , Never get a Greeting from their staff. ||5) Finally Check-out ....... I one person pushing 4 BIG Bag, ||There are bell counter , but no staff. Cashier and reception 6 staffs, all acting can't see me. ( take note the whole main hall only one guest " Me " )
