张掖鼎和国际大酒店

Everything was beyond our expectations. When we cane the registration process was smooth and quick. In the Room we found the equipement for washing legs in hot water which was just perfect Experience (it was -5 outside!). Th room was clean, big and warm. For breakfast we asked sunny-side-up eggs and they did it! We asked for a restaurant for dinner and they told us where to go. To make the long story short, even nobody speaks English, we can strongly reccomand this hotel!

一切都超出了我们的预期。当我们藤条时，注册过程顺利而快捷。在房间里，我们发现了用热水洗腿的设备，这真是一次完美的体验（外面的温度是-5！）。房间干净、大、温暖。早餐我们要了单面煎蛋，他们做到了！我们要求一家餐厅吃晚饭，他们告诉我们去哪里。长话短说，即使没有人会说英语，我们也可以强烈推荐这家酒店！

The hotel has excellent location. The main in-city tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are also supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is surprisingly good with plenty of choices. There are certain designs in the room that could possibly be improved, such as switches for lights in the bathroom.

酒店地理位置优越。市内主要的旅游景点均位于步行范围内。附近还有超市、商场和餐馆。房间很干净，工作人员很友好。早餐出奇的好，有很多选择。房间里的某些设计可能需要改进，例如浴室的灯开关。

I don't know how this hotel is considered a 4 star. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable (made even worse when the maid took away the extra pillows after the first night! Why???) The walls are super thin so I was woken up by other guests several times throughout the nights. The wifi is terrible. There are stains all over the carpet and duvet. The doors, bathroom window, and furniture are filthy. Also the breakfast has the worst coffee I've ever tasted in my life. I couldn't drink it.

We stayed in this hotel without knowing that they don’t turn on the room. A/C until 6pm and they turn off at 11 pm when you’re deep sleep. I have called them at 2 am because my daughters were sweating and they said they cannot do anything about it. I messaged the trip.com to call the hotel and they said the same thing that the a/c is only from 6pm-11pm. Very very very disappointing!!! In summer! very hot in the room. They did not write the information when I booked the hotel. The people need to know because the cost of the hotel is not cheap. Do not book on this hotel you will sweat to death in your sleep. This hotel is very very very disappointing!!!! This hotel doesn’t even deserve even 1 diamond.

Great hotel. Beautiful lobby, friendly service and yum breakfast. Super quiet, big rooms and they even had a foot bath ready on arrival in the room

On our way to the hotel from the airport, the driver told us that this is the best hotel in town. Since we have not been to Zhangye before, so can't confirm that. But the hotel is quite busy during this time of the year. Lots of tourists come and go everyday. The room is a bit noisy because of the soundproofing and the busy road. The breakfast is not bad. The hotel also offers free parking.

从机场到酒店的路上，司机告诉我们这是城里最好的酒店。由于我们之前没有去过张掖，所以无法确认。但每年的这个时候酒店都非常繁忙。每天都有很多游客来来去去。由于隔音和马路繁忙，房间有点吵。早餐还不错。酒店还提供免费停车场。

Note to all travelers. The A/C is only open from 6pm-11pm. They turn off the air conditioner the whole night. So you will soak with your sweat and could not fall asleep. You cannot also stay here in the morning because it is so burning hot and no a/c. Food is terrible.

请所有旅客注意。空调仅在下午 6 点至晚上 11 点期间开放。他们整晚都关掉空调。所以你会被汗湿透而无法入睡。你也不能早上住在这里，因为天气太热了，而且没有空调。食物很糟糕。
