A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

The location is excellent , right at the middle of the town. The room is spacious at the very attractive price. The service is among the best I have come across , as good as I found in a 5 stars hotel

The best hotel in my silk road trip. The provided a wedding anniversaries for my parents, including putting light in the room. The thin sliced cucumber was ready to heal my face from the trip and also hot water with herbal to help relaxing my tired feet.Breakfast was cheap and very reasonable. I paid for 40RMB and there's shrimp on the buffet line. Though i don't eat shrimp, but I don't think this price you would get an unlimited shrimp. Service was excellent the hotel provided staff in all area making sure that guests won't have to wait that long. Free laundry machine use in all floor with free detergent. Would recommend

我丝绸之路之旅中最好的酒店。他们为我父母提供了结婚纪念日，包括在房间里放灯。切成薄片的黄瓜可以治愈我旅途中的脸，还有草药热水可以帮助放松我疲惫的双脚。早餐便宜而且非常合理。我付了40元，自助餐上有虾。虽然我不吃虾，但我不认为这个价格你能无限量吃虾。服务非常好，酒店在各个区域都配备了工作人员，确保客人不必等待那么久。所有楼层均可免费使用洗衣机，并提供免费清洁剂。会推荐

酒店人員服務熱情，到酒店門口有服務人員代提行李，離店時又代喊了出租車。酒店還送了點心、小吃、花等，感到溫馨。送的泡腳粉，也很解乏。

住了3晚, 每天都有小禮物送, 还有青瓜肤脸.在干燥的张掖实在太好了,房间还有放湿机, 酒店服务一流,細心周到, 玩累了还有姜粉泡腳桶, 一天的疲累都消失了, 入住期间着凉病了. 餐厅特意送來红枣姜汤, 非常暖心… ,

房間免費升級，大且干净，送黃瓜面膜和小零食，還有泡脚，退房時還送了當地的小特產，服務熱情。距高速口4公里左右，距明清街、甘州巷子都在1.4公里左右，很方便，值得推薦。

extremely solid service. The rooms are kind of lol (literally everything is automated with switches including curtains) but comfortable. Had a good stay! Also location is super close to a great mall with an awesome basement food court and supermarket (鑫汇国际）, pleasantly convenient

服务非常扎实。房间有点哈哈（实际上一切都是自动化的，有开关，包括窗帘），但很舒适。住得很愉快！ 而且位置超级靠近一个很棒的购物中心，还有很棒的地下美食广场和超市（鑫汇国际），非常方便
