XiYu International Hotel

酒店房間寬敞，設備具全，服務態度良好。早餐菜色多，還有現煮燥子麵，感覺蠻幸福的。酒店離高鐵站不遠，出站左手邊步行約6分鐘可到。價位不高，有機會想再來。

一下張掖高鐵站就是飯店了，晚上12點多入住前台小姐的普通話講的非常好，順利入住房型乾淨漂亮，旅途洗了個熱水澡非常開心

Kettle was not working, bathroom toilet was not very clean. Location is very near railway but further from downtown.

水壶坏了，浴室厕所不是很干净。位置非常靠近铁路，但离市中心较远。

酒店位置方便近西站，房間冷氣夠、隔音不錯睡得安宁。但因酒店頗火，所以早餐菜式添加很慢。還有房間收拾要加强了，我入住時浴室花洒附近有衣架，衣柜內有男裝外套，可能是太忙了。酒店给我房间升级套房，谢谢!

The front desk lady in the morning, Xiechen, is very helpful and assisted me in booking tour as I don’t have local number

2019/06/04 入住，絲绸之路旅行甘肅段张掖驿站，导遊说这间是张掖最优的酒店了。 大厅挑高两层，橫樑上摆满了可爱的 🐪🐫🐪🐫🐪🐫 骆驼公仔，大厅左侧是住房柜台，右侧是沙发區，右后方有美丽的咖啡廳；酒店外面左边有一间小超市，还算方便。 房內提供電視频道、加湿器、煮水壺、室內拖鞋、小冰箱……，所有电源插座均附带USB插孔，相当方便；浴室內提供浴巾、毛巾、方巾、拋棄式牙刷牙膏梳子刮胡刀、乳液，淋浴间提供補充式沐浴乳洗发精。 尔后我们发现了馬桶坐墊上都是斑黄的尿渍，在向1樓柜台反应后約3-4分钟房务人员就来擦拭干净；另外枕头的枕套在靠头的部位都是皺褶，打掃人员似乎在上位房客离开後並无确实整理客房！！ Room equip with 📺 TV, a humidifier, fridge, water boiler, exposable slipper.... All power socket are equipped with USB charge port. Bathroom provided towel, toiletries such as tooth brush tooth paste, comb, lotion, shaver, shampoo and bath gel are also provided in shower room 🚿. When we get our room key card and went into room, we found that the 🚽 toilet seat were fulled with urine stains, immediately we call the lobby receptionist and the cleaner shows after several minutes. Bside of that we also notice that the pillowcase was wrinkle on the side we head on, we doubt that the cleaner wasn't do the room make-up completely after the previous guest check out.

Nice place Approval from west train station very good if you want to go to the city centre have to take taxi. but the fee is not that high. Nice crews, Room was cozy and facilities were very new and enough(one thing, i couldnt find out hair dryer)

好地方 西站的认可很好 如果你想去市中心就必须乘坐出租车。但费用并没有那么高。 工作人员很好，房间很舒适，设施很新而且足够（有一件事，我找不到吹风机）
