张家界紫御大酒店

When we arrived there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. We complained with the staff. They "cleaned" it with some kind of spray.|Around 10h pm the room was super smelly again. Thanks to our tour guide he managed to force the hotel people to find another room for us thou they insisted that there were no rooms available.|New room: hot water does not work properly. Beds were clean thou carpet a bit dusty.|Breakfast is ok especially for Chinese tourists. Fair enough.|Location is good as you can reach city center in less than 10 min by taxi costing RMB 10. Tianmen Mountain is also easy reach.

我们到达时，房间里有一股很浓的烟味。我们向工作人员投诉了。他们用某种喷雾剂“清洁”了一下。|晚上10点左右，房间里又开始弥漫着难闻的烟味。多亏了我们的导游，他设法让酒店为我们换了一间房，尽管他们一直坚称没有空房。|新房间：热水供应不太正常。床很干净，但地毯有点灰尘。|早餐还可以，尤其适合中国游客。还算过得去。|酒店位置不错，打车不到10分钟就能到市中心，车费10元人民币。去天门山也很方便。

We join a group tour by Nexus Holiday which put us up for the night at this hotel where it was claimed to be a 4-5 star hotel. When we get into our room, there was such a strong mouldy smell and the carpet looks like hasn't been clean for sometime. We asked for a change of room and was given a room one floor below. And apparently there's not much difference as the room was as dirty as the first one. ||Even the bed linen and the pillow smells of cigarettes, looks like hasn't been change after the last occupants.||Luckily we brought our own bath towel as the their towel were greyish in colour instead of white.||I wouldn't have stay at this hotel if I were not with the tour group, it was a great disappointment for us as well as other tour member who face the same predicament as us. The room doesn't look hygiene at all, and looks like mostly tour group uses this hotel.||If possible stay away from this hotel if you want a good night sleep.

我们参加了Nexus Holiday旅行社组织的旅行团，当晚入住的是一家号称四星或五星级酒店的酒店。然而，当我们进入房间时，一股浓重的霉味扑面而来，地毯看起来已经很久没清洗过了。我们要求换房，结果被安排到楼下一层。但显然情况并没有好转，房间和之前的一样脏。||就连床单和枕头都散发着浓重的烟味，看起来像是上一位客人离开后就没换过。||幸好我们自带了浴巾，因为酒店提供的浴巾是灰色的，而不是白色的。||如果不是跟团的话，我绝对不会选择这家酒店。这次入住体验让我们和其他团友都非常失望，因为我们遇到了同样的问题。房间卫生状况堪忧，感觉这家酒店主要接待的是旅行团。||如果可以的话，为了睡个好觉，千万不要选择这家酒店。

This hotel is located in the north of Zhanggjiiajie. But close from the railway station (3.6 km : 1 CNY by bus 102 or 101 and 10 CNY by taxi). The room was quiet as asked. Big room with big bathroom with tube and shower. All clean. There is no free mineral water in my room . Only tea (not coffe and not sugar). Toiletterie amneties not free (except teeth brush and comb). But free soap and gel shampoo. Nobody speaks english ! But people was very helpful. Only breakfast for chineese people.. There is a restaurant inside the hotel (not tested).

这家酒店位于张家界北部，但离火车站很近（3.6公里：乘坐102路或101路公交车1元人民币，出租车10元人民币）。房间很安静，正如我所要求的。房间很大，浴室也很大，有浴缸和淋浴。一切都很干净。我的房间里没有免费的矿泉水，只有茶（没有咖啡和糖）。洗漱用品需要付费（除了牙刷和梳子），但肥皂和洗发水是免费的。没有人会说英语！但工作人员非常乐于助人。早餐只提供中文。酒店内有一家餐厅（我没有去过）。

We have asked for 2 connecting rooms as we are a family with 1 teenager and 1 kid. Non smoking rooms. Well, they manage to put us in the same floor. Ok. Unfortunately there was a horrible smell of cigarettes in our room. Kids room was ok. They "cleaned" it with some spray. By 10h pm we could not sleep because the smell was really strong. Well after our guide really insist with the management they changed us around midnight to a new room, different floor. About the hotel: well located less than 10 min from downtown and from Tianmen Mountain cable car and bus area. Easy to reach by car or taxi. Room is spacious. Water does not work properly. Breakfast is poor.

我们一家四口（一个青少年和一个小孩）预订了两间连通房，要求无烟房。结果他们居然把我们安排在同一层。好吧。可惜的是，我们房间里弥漫着一股浓烈的烟味。儿童房还好，他们用喷雾剂“清洁”了一下。到了晚上10点，烟味实在太重，我们根本睡不着。后来，我们的导游坚持要求酒店管理层在午夜左右给我们换了一间新房间，换到了另一层。 关于酒店：地理位置优越，距离市中心、天门山缆车站和汽车站不到10分钟车程。开车或打车都很方便。 房间宽敞。热水供应不稳定。早餐很差。

I stayed in for 1 night and I love the room. The wifi was quite fast and the bathroom is also clean. But I really dissapointed with the breakfast food. The drink is only hot milk , no water at all , and orange juice which also room temperature. The food was so oily.

我住了一晚，很喜欢房间。无线网络速度很快，浴室也很干净。但是早餐真的让我很失望。饮料只有热牛奶，没有水，橙汁也是常温的。食物太油腻了。

August 2015 On my trip to ZhangJiaJie, staying at the hotel for night, found so many worm in my room's bathroom. Then they gave me a different room. I found bed bugs, other dead bugs, garbage under the sink (look like not been cleaning for long time), carpet was not vacuum, do dirty and lot of hair on it. So disgusting and very disappointed.

2015年8月，我去张家界旅行，在酒店住了一晚，结果在房间的浴室里发现了很多虫子。之后他们给我换了房间。新房间里有臭虫、其他死虫子，水槽下面还有垃圾（看起来很久没清理了），地毯也没吸尘，很脏，上面还有很多头发。真是太恶心了，我非常失望。

Out of 3 hotels I spend the night in China, this is the only hotel that provide bath tub. It's very comforting and a much needed facility during the cold night in Zhangjiajie. There are a few restaurant and stores around the hotel.

我在中国住了三家酒店，只有这家提供浴缸。在张家界寒冷的夜晚，这非常舒适，也是一项非常必要的设施。酒店周围有一些餐馆和商店。
