Hampton by Hilton, Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

The is the best hotel in zhangjiajie city area. The room is large and spacious, the toilets and bathroom are well appointed and separate.The room temperature can be adjusted according to your liking, the shower is very powerful even on high floors. Not to mention the front desk staff, especially Eric at the Hampton by Hilton zhangjiajie tianmen mountain. Eric, if he is not a manager, he should be one as he treats his customer with professionalism and offer essential help even I did not expect .He listened to the issue and gave the most effective help.This is an exhibit of leadership, courage and candor.

这是张家界市区最好的酒店。房间宽敞明亮，卫生间和浴室设施齐全且独立。房间温度可以根据个人喜好调节，即使在高层，淋浴水流也很强劲。更不用说前台工作人员了，特别是张家界天门山希尔顿欢朋酒店的Eric。Eric如果还不是经理，那也应该当经理，因为他对待顾客非常专业，而且提供的帮助也超出了我的预期。他认真倾听了我的问题，并给出了最有效的解决方案。这展现了他的领导力、勇气和坦诚。

Worst hotel ever! Let me list why: - room is set at 26'c and we can't change it. We're burning up in here. They had to bring in a portable ac for us. - low flying jets overhead. So loud it drowns out tv - confusing light switches. Including 1 light under fridge we just can't turn off - we asked for non smoking. There's smoke all over this room. We woke up with irritated throats and coughing it's so bad! - says "bar" on 1st floor on the elevator. There's no bar - dryer took 2 hours just to return hot wet clothes. Haer branded dryer is bad - bath tub doesn't work - exhaust fan in shower doesn't work. - no safe + good things: plenty of wall plugs, and USB. Nice TV. Beds are comfortable. Modern design.

It’s just across from the starting point for route A to 天门山- cable car . Very convenient location . We stayed at level 12 - a non smoking floor and it’s the only hotel room on this trip that we don’t get cigarette smoke seeping through the door - that’s a relief if only for 1 night

就在A线天门山缆车起点对面。位置非常方便。我们住在12楼，是无烟楼层，也是这次旅行中唯一一间没有从门缝里飘进来的房间——即使只住一晚，也算是一种安慰。
