非常普通的hotel，請房務拿🧊，跟我說了一大推多辛苦去餐廳拿🧊，我們進房的時間太晚了…這些反應你可以跟前台反應，不是跟我說，我知道你要的是「小費」 房間地毯有點髒，房間還有情趣用品？傻眼了，旅行社要選擇這裡做住宿需要再慎選，謝謝。20250915 慶澤旅行社。

Our room is a bit smaller than usual 4-star hotels but ambiance is great. Pillows and sheets are all clean and comfy. Air-conditioning is good! No complaints. No bidet. Rubber slippers were provided for 2. Please don’t take this home haha. We were reminded by our tour guide before checking-in. I think this is the go-to hotel for tourists. There were a lot of people! I suggest you come down and eat earlier if you can, around 6:15am is good. Breakfast options were limited, but they’re quick to refill and clean tables. The service crew on our first day was really accommodating and friendly. She even waved goodbye and taught us how to say thank you in chinese. All smiles, just good vibes.

我们的房间比一般的四星级酒店略小，但氛围很棒。枕头和床单都很干净舒适。空调也不错！没什么可抱怨的。没有坐浴盆。酒店提供了两人份的橡胶拖鞋。千万别把这东西带回家，哈哈。入住前导游提醒了我们。 我觉得这酒店是游客的首选。人太多了！建议大家如果可以的话早点下来吃饭，早上6:15左右比较好。早餐选择不多，但补充和清理桌子都很快。第一天入住的服务员非常热情友好。她甚至挥手告别，还教我们用中文说谢谢。全程笑容满面，氛围很好。

We came as a tour group to have our lunch and not to stay in the hotel. We were given bbq dishes, which had very little variety and taste was only so-so. Though the service staff were fast and attentive, but sadly, the food didn't live up to standard.

我们一行人来这里吃午饭，不打算住酒店。 餐厅提供的是烧烤菜品，种类很少，味道也一般。虽然服务员动作麻利、服务周到，但可惜的是，食物并没有达到预期水准。

I stayed in the hotel on April 2, 2024, looking forward to visiting the National Park of Zhangjiajie the next day. Unexpectedly, I found my camera not working properly early evening near 8 pm. I rushed to the front desk asking for camera shop information. Mr. 黃康, a receptionist, was a god-sent. He told me most shops in town are closed around 8 pm and he managed to call a taxi to take me to the city center where most camera shops are located. He then even accompanied me to the street to get the taxi that he called. My camera got fixed in the end. This service was outstanding and beyond expectation!

2024年4月2日，我入住了这家酒店，原本期待着第二天去张家界国家公园。没想到，傍晚8点左右，我的相机突然坏了。我赶紧跑到前台询问相机店的信息。前台的黄康先生真是个好人。他告诉我，镇上大多数商店晚上8点左右就关门了，于是帮我叫了一辆出租车，送我去了市中心，那里有很多相机店。之后，他还陪我到街上叫了一辆他叫的出租车。我的相机最终修好了。这项服务非常出色，超出了我的预期！
