住宿環境及早餐膳食感覺非常之好，另外前枱服務餐飲服務及客戶服務感受非常之好。張家界南站搭滴滴過去酒店都非常方便，酒店搭滴滴過去國家森林公園都好方便😊

The hotel is good and clean, however the location is a bit tricky for first time guest. It is out of taxi service or trip operator hotel pick up range. Front desk receptions don't know any simple command in English and this was a bit frustrating. Breakfast is real Chinese, probably need to consider about some oriental breakfast once you guys receive guest from all over the world. TV is also another cons there, it is all Chinese. But thanks to heaven, there was a guy named Fu working partially at the hotel who is a college student. He was a great help for us and he made our trip real. Thanks Mr Fu, if you are reading this and wish you a great success for your future.

酒店不错也很干净，但是对于第一次来的客人来说，位置有点不太方便。它不在出租车或旅行社的酒店接送范围内。前台接待人员几乎不会说英语，这让人有点沮丧。早餐是地道的中国式早餐，考虑到你们接待来自世界各地的客人，或许应该考虑提供一些东方风味的早餐。电视也是个缺点，全是中文频道。不过幸运的是，酒店里有一位名叫傅的大学生兼职，他帮了我们很多忙，让我们的旅行更加顺利。傅先生，如果您看到了这条评论，非常感谢您，祝您未来一切顺利。

I stayed in a family room for couple of days and really enjoyed staying this type of room. Overall hotel is clean and spacious with good facilities. Followings need to be improved to attract more people, first the front desk language barrier, English speaking reception, second breakfast, it is full Chinese breakfast, intercontinental breakfast would be awesome, maybe a shuttle bus to Wulingyuan national park once it is only 8 km. Fortunately, mr Fu was really helpful for us. He is a college student who does part time job. He was the only one who we could communicate with and he was always in need, however he never hesitated to help us either through phone call or personal presence. Loved this guys attitude and personality. Hope you reading this and wish you all the best.

My stay at this hotel was quite comfortable. The staff was accommodating, and the room was tidy and well-appointed. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Amazing !!! They upgraded us to the hotel across the road which was absolutely beautiful. would recommend!!!

Everything was fine - but they haven’t been able to provide information about the park in English. Can be recommended!
