Resort Review The route to the resort is extremely dangerous and difficult to navigate. While there is a shortcut to the beach, it passes through an area filled with contaminated water. The resort itself was completely unclean, littered with used plastic bottles and food waste. The entire surrounding area was filthy. Despite posting attractive daily videos on their social media pages, the reality is completely different from what they portray online. Room Experience We were charged ₹1,800 for the room, but they failed to provide even basic amenities. Upon entering the room, we found it extremely dirty - both the floor and the bed were filthy. When we requested room cleaning, a lady came and only changed the bed cover, using dirty water to clean the room. After the cleaning, walking inside the room left our feet wet with dirty water. The room was also very cramped and poorly maintained. Security Concerns When I initially booked the room, I spoke with Mr. Ajmal, who runs this resort, and specifically asked about women's safety. He assured me it was secure. However, during our stay, I noticed one of the staff members drinking alcohol in one of the huts. When we complained and requested to vacate due to safety concerns, the same intoxicated staff member made inappropriate comments about women's security at the resort. Refund Policy The resort has an extremely poor refund policy. After much argument and fighting for two days, they only returned ₹900 out of our payment. Mr. Ajmal, who was very quick to demand payment when we initially inquired, showed no such urgency when it came to processing our refund. Overall Assessment Based on our experience, this resort is only suitable for people who have no standards for cleanliness and those who simply want to drink and sleep without any concern for security or hygiene. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially women travelers or families looking for a decent accommodation experience.

My stay at Green Bay was absolutely fantastic! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to mani bro , who made the experience even better with his warm hospitality and exceptional service. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay and would highly recommend Green Bay to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Can't wait to visit again!

We stayed at Green Bay Resort during the off-season, yet the staff were friendly and helpful, even guiding us to local events. The resort is just a walk away from the beach, and the lush, green ambiance truly lives up to its name—Green Bay. A peaceful and refreshing experience!

Budget-friendly rooms. Location was good and property had a good vibe. Very helpful and humble staffs. It is not a beach side property but on the other hand it gives a forest vibe and beach is just 5 minutes walk if you take the shortcut route. It is peaceful & quiet there. The rooms and surroundings are cool because of the trees and natural stream. Overall a god experience.

This is a budget friendly hotel you can find nearer to the cliff. More than the room, we loved the huts that is built above the pond. That place is something which gives you more vibe. Outside ambience of this property was good. The plus to mention is that the cliff is in a walkable distance. Rooms are small though maintained in well condition. For this price, its good though. They charged 1500 per room. May vary according to the season.

Gud to go with friends but not family. No heater no complementary food No proper laundry No proper house keeping there is no place to dry wet clothes. But amphibians are gud nice bed very near to beach
