Kudos Admire Beach Resort

I went to this stay with my family. And, the experience was nothing more than terrible. The rooms smell of dampness. Even if you spray room freshener. It will hardly last few hours. The staff is lethargic. I had to ask for everything - towel, iron, water bottle and even to fill handwash in washroom myself. The dampness smell was there even in bed and blanket. Don’t want others to face what I faced.

We friends stayed there for 3 days trip, had a wonderful stay at Kudos Admire Beach Resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. The resort is very near to the beach. The manager is really helpful, Can arrange transportation within varkala and to mangrove village with reasonable price Great stay!

Stayed here for 3 days. The place has a calmness and good view of the beach. The place is very good and is in a serene location of varkala. The beach is a stone throw away from the property. The cafe ambience in the lawn is great at night. Decent stay and good rooms. Cant expect a five star hotel service but staffs are very courteous and always available. Overall satisfied. Will come back for sure

I had a wonderful stay at Kudos Admire Beach Resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. The resort is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and sea. I'll definitely be returning next time!

We had asked for an early check in 4 hours prior to the actual check-in time. The manager informed us that it wouldn’t be an issue as everything was already kept ready. The minute we checked in we realised that the room wasn’t cleaned. There was dirt and spider webs in every corner. The bathroom was also dirty. The worst part, while switching on the AC, a lizards tail fell right out of it. Before heading out for the day, we asked the staff to get the whole room cleaned, the floors, the bathroom, the AC. We returned at 7.30 in the evening, giving them ample time to clean up the whole place. None of it was done. The only thing that was cleaned was the bathroom floor. There was still dirt and spider webs, the commode wasn’t cleaned, the lizard was still inside the AC and the tail WAS STILL LYING ON THE FLOOR. The only good things about the place were the garden area, the proximity to the beach, and some friendly staff.

I will not recommend this place. Room is very good spacious with a beach view. However, while booking the property it was clearly mentioned that breakfast will be included but the only helper guy refused the breakfast. Later he said there is complimentary breakfast option and gave stale cold food. That was the worst food I have ever seen. Tea in cups with big stains. As we stayed for 3 days, rest 2 days he didn't provide any breakfast. Not even a cup of tea. No dental kit as they said it's not a hotel it's just a home stay however paying 6.5 k per night this is the least expected thing. The comforter were dirty the property was dirty all around complete mess. The property is very secluded but there's absolutely no one at property in charge to help. Once the flush was not working and helper guy said now he don't know what to do. They dispose the trash also in the same garden which is horrible as dogs gather all around for trash. Owner should return the amount charges for breakfast at least as courtesy.

I had booked a room for one night and it was my biggest mistake. Firstly, there were too many ants on the floor and the caretaker was not even bothered about it. He even tried to ignore our complaint many times. Secondly, AC was dripping water inside the room and when we told the caretaker, he just went back to check and never came back. Stay at this Kudos Admire Beach Resort was my worst experience of Kerela.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place itself is a nice and quiet beautiful getaway for anyone who is looking for a nice cozy place next to the beach.. most places are walkable distance and you can enjoy the view along with it.. definitely a good stay for your vacation
