Location and service is good. But improvement required in Restorant VEG. & NON VEG. Cooking separately and also SUGGEST JAIN food add in your menu. Improve ventilation because of during cooking in restaurant smell is coming in rooms.

Cosy and well maintained room. We stayed on the top of the floor with private balcony were view of the hill was awesome. The food we ordered turned out well. Must try fish roast and fish curry. Breakfast was also very good. We really enjoyed staying there. It will be added advantage if you add some indoor games rooms for kids and bonfire.

Awesome place to stay with family. Beautiful views and room. The breakfast was delicious. But need to improve behavior of night shift incharge and some services. Most of the time a rude and incapable personality spoils the hotel impression. This is my personal experience on 31-Jan-25 To 02-Feb-25, (My booking confirmation no - TRR 6211, Valley view Nest with Private Balcony.) While check in on 31-Jan-25, the receptionist informed me to keep the tap running for ten minutes for hot water, but not get hot water that day. I informed the receptionist but the reply was "i will check". No other arrangement was provided on that day, so we finally took a bath with cold water and started our first day of sightseeing journey. On the second day we took a bath with normal temperature water. No proper hot water arrangement. On our check out day 02-Feb-25, we faced another serious issue that running water from all taps are totally muddy and uncleaned. I confirmed with my neighbour visitor and come to know that the same problem persists in his room. We informed the receptionist but he ignored and was not willing to accept fault, so we called him and displayed the situation of running water in my room, then after he agreed but again rudely replied that " I will check". On the first day I ignored it but on the second day I was totally disappointed with his rude behaviour and services. Finally i informed my trip organizer Mr. Sebastian ( BEST HOLIDAYS IND. P. L.) sending photos and recording. If the owner of this hotel took reality seriously and if improved services, then overall this is a good hotel with a beautiful location. Actually so many options available in Munnar with outstanding hospitality. Check amenities and services before booking because you pay for this only.

Want to jump into the nature which connects to hills, This is the place. View is awesome as you will be stuck like AWW. You just have queen beds but not king size beds. Other than that there's nothing to say NO for this place. Hospitality, service, food, environment, ambience and politeness of the staff is so so good. In one word 'Jus go for it'.

Most over rated resort in Munnar.. very pathetic experience I had.. staff very rude, service is too bad.. only business minded.. so many options available in Munnar don't visit here if you want to spend good time.. I requested candle light dinner paid 1400 for it.. see below pic how they arranged it.. I do travel a lot.. never had experience like this.. I don't know how this resort got 4.7 rating.. it doesn't deserve even 3 rating as per my personal experience..
