I recently stayed at Hawk Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. Everything about this hotel exudes luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. The Room: My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, especially i loved the stunning view from my balcony The Staff: The staff truly made this stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, everyone was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I felt valued. A special thank you "Peter mount by hawk hospitality" for exceptional assistance. The food : There is no buffet breakfast, but the chef cooks the food according to the daily menu. The chef and staff were fantastic, ensuring that the food was served at the perfect temperature. Their passion for food really enhanced the dining experience. We really enjoyed with Kerala food. Overall: Hawk hospital exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect place for "romantic getaway" and " relaxing holiday". I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Thank you to everyone at Hawk Hotel for an incredible experience. I look forward to my next visit!

This hotel is beyond beautiful. The view point is incredible and the rooms are of a high standard. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Extremely easy to approach. The breakfast is the morning has a great mix but is mainly South Indian cuisine which we enjoyed. One of our favourite parts was the room balcony view which was just perfect to end our day with! I would highly recommend and would definitely be back! Thank you Mr.Vinod giving wonderful hospitality. ,,,🫰🫰🫰

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days and it was an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Firstly, we were handed keys for room that was so terribly damp that we could not breathe. So we got the room changed. The other room was good, neat and clean especially i loved the stunning views from my balcony. Talking about restaurant and food, restaurant is nothing less than a government canteen where staff and other guests have no manners how to behave when you are serving or eating in a so called 4 star restaurant. When we got there for so called buffet dinner, everything was cold and most of the items were finished or empty. Had to ask waiters few times to get those filled. Food was not tasty. Restaurant manager has no idea how to run a restaurant. Power cuts at nights will not let you sleep, and it happened with us at 3.30 am in morning and they did not switched on generator. I waited for 20 mins and had to go downstairs to find and wake up the guy to switch on the generator. Everything about this hotel is ok except luxury, comfort, and top-notch service.

We were on a two-day trip to Munnar, and I had chosen this location through make my trip. The location was good, but the staff was only average, with the exception of the restaurant staff, who were excellent in comparison to others. After spending the night at the hotel, we were preparing for checkout around 10. 30 a.m., and my family was dressed and ready before me. While I was changing clothes, some staff entered the room with their card without knocking or using the calling bell. He apologized, but it is not a minor issue; the staff must check whether the guests checked out or not, and if there is any confusion they can use the calling bell. It is about privacy and safety, and this incident left me very disappointed, and I will never choose or recommend it to anyone.

Generally I don't put detailed reviews, but I think people need to read this while booking this hotel. Pros 1. The rooms are good and new. 2. The pool is good however, small, more for a photo session. Cons 1. The final road to the hotel is very steep and narrow without light and if it's drizzling/ raining it's very risky. The car will give up mid way and skid. 2. Poor service is one thing but being irresponsible and not responding to help after multiple calls is unacceptable. Picked up call once and thereafter neither called up back nor picked up the call. We were left stranded on the road at night. 3. The hotel is little far from main town and other tourist attractions. Beware of traffic enroute to Munnar and back. Overall, if you just want to stay in room it's good. But think twice if you are driving self or its drizzling then it's risky. And don't expect any help from them on this issue.

My stay at Peter's Mount by Hawk Hospitality near Munnar was simply unforgettable! Surrounded by exotic nature and breathtaking views, this serene location is a perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. The interiors of the property are beautifully designed, offering both luxury and comfort. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. From the front office team to the security and restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring. I traveled with a family of five, including three adults, two senior citizens, and an infant, and every one of us felt truly pampered throughout the stay. The restaurant team deserves special mention for their delicious meals and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to cater to our diverse needs, ensuring that all of us, especially the senior citizens and infant, were comfortable. This was a stay worth every moment, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway!"

We had the best time at Peter’s mount. Wanted to tell this in person to the staff as well, they were extremely kind. Got us everything we asked for irrespective of the time. Complementary breakfast was amazing. Appreciate the chefs. View and the pool are was awesome. Rooms are incredibly comfortable and huge. Great stay! Would highly recommend ⭐️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back
