Elephant Passage Resort

Good experience at Elephant Resort. My family felt very welcomed. People are attentive to details. Always having respect for each other. Management is also good from welcoming till the day we left. There is good communication. Staff are very down to earth. They will advise for the best. It felt like a family reunion. All activities and entertainment are planned and executed well. Food is delicious. There is free shuttle down the Anachal mountain. View is excellent. And enjoyed the pool with good exercise. Safe for kids and children also.

The stay was very pleasant. The resort was exclusively a serene tranquil retreat. The staff at the front desk as well as the restaurant were very courteous. The landscape was a spectacular and attentive capture.The rooms are very clean and tidy.The infinity pool was perfectly clean and offers a brilliant panoramic view. And it is very child friendly too. They had organised many fun activities to entertain the kids as well as the adults. Overall we had a delightful and momentous experience.

In my personal review, the resort was an excellent service. The rooms are clean & safe. There are more facilities, it was like an luxury. The staffs very caring, friendly & helpful. One more thing to say about is Food. The food was very delicious, tasty & spicy. So, I recommend u to come with your couples for trip to Elephant passage. Breakfast and dinners were amazing, staff in the restaurant is very nice. Rooms are fine, but definitely not 5* hotel vibes. Bathroom could use deep cleaning it’s has mold in couple of places, and the smell of the rooms is also not great - very humid which makes sense to consider it’s in the middle of jungle, however it could use a better ventilation system, or net on the balcony door so one can properly air the room. Overall experience was very nice, plants of things to do in the hotel or close by the hotel. Staff is also very friendly so it was a nice experience.

The ambiance of the place truly enhanced the overall experience. The dining options were diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone. We stayed at Elephant Passage Resort, Munnar, from November 5th for three nights and had a lovely experience overall.||The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a nice balcony for enjoying the views. While our room was quiet, my mother-in-law's room had some unusual noises, but it didn’t dampen our stay. The resort itself is beautifully situated in an offbeat, scenic location atop a mountain, giving it a unique charm.||The infinity pool offered stunning views, and the walking path around the resort was a delightful experience, almost like a mini-trek. The activity room was the highlight for our family, especially for our son, who enjoyed table tennis and a variety of indoor games. There were also creative activities like drawing and crafts that kept him happily engaged. The staff were polite and very helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere.||The on-site restaurant was a lifesaver, offering a good selection of vegetarian options, which was essential given the remote location. The complimentary buffet breakfast was also satisfying with plenty of variety. ||Though the mini-gym was not up to expectations, the walking path around the resort provided a unique and scenic way to stay active, which I thoroughly enjoyed.||Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Elephant Passage Resort for its peaceful setting, excellent amenities, and attentive staff.

Our stay at Elephant Passage Resort in Munnar was truly unforgettable! I had an absolutely lovely time here and was a bit sad to leave! Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home, especially the restaurant team who remembered me each day and checked up on me when I missed a breakfast!||Food was lovely, and the surroundings are beautiful... On top of a mountain with views in every direction. There is a nice little paved walk with some benches to sit and read while admiring the view.||As some other reviewers have mentioned - the location is quite remote. You would need a car or taxi everyday to leave the grounds, there is no where walkable, and the narrow road leading up to the resort is very steep.|
