Front desk staff should be trained well, they are not polite at all during check out procedure.... More Vegetarian food options should be included in menu.... Rooms were cleaned and house keeping staff doing great work 👌👍

Hotel was cool and pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave good services quickly for all the questions. Also had game room with fun games in it. Food 4/5 Ambience 5/5 Room quality 5/5

The location of hotel is very close to most of the sight seeing points. The room size is smaller compare to regular hotels . Breakfast is good but need to improve in dinner.I suggest don't opt for dinner instead take it from outside or hotel restaurant itself.

Our stay was underwhelming. Although advertised as a 4-star resort, it felt more like an average hotel. The rooms were ok, but nothing special, the carpet was dirty and the floor had some coffee stains, and I encountered some hygiene concerns in the bathroom. There was no hot water and no body picks up the calls made on reception and resturant. Food choices were limited, and there are better options available nearby. Be cautious with the rating and "resort" label—it's a bit misleading.

We had two days stay here Room are not cleaned and so many insects in room. Who says its 4 star hotel its like two Star hotel.. suggested to not to stay here Very bad experience
