The rooms and service were excellent, and the rooms were very clean. Noble and his team were very cooperative and responsive. The activities provided were extremely entertaining for the kids. The kitchen had limited food options, and the food could have been better. The location was efficient for us as it was near the main attractions. We even spent a very joyful NEW YEAR. The money was worth it!!!!!!!

Short review: Pros: - Good Rooms. - Good Food. - Peaceful and Quiet. Cons: - Really bad road to the resort. - Unprofessional behaviour from resort staff (Reservation staff / whomever incharge of room reservation.) - 2 instances will mention below. Long Review: Reason for 3/5 stars, 1. Day after we made the reservation, resort people called and said they have a plumbing and issue, and they will arrange us a place elsewhere. 2. The room we were promised (interconnected room) was not fulfilled, but they arranged us pretty decent rooms in the same compound - which is fine. 3. We reserved rooms for 3 nights and a manager agreed. There was some kind of miscommunication between the managers. One manager repeatedly called us during the trip, and asked us to vacate the place a day earlier. This ruined the whole experience we had planned for the day and I’m still fuming. (Reason for 3 stars)

I had the most bitter experience ever in my travel life!!!!!! I made a booking through booking.com for a pretty good price.Unfortunately the booking which I made through booking .com is excluding morning breakfast which I didn’t notice.Normally for a property above 4000 offer a breakfast and I forget to check that initiallly.I can understand that since the mistake is from my side.But the reason for my hatred is just due o the the irresponsible behaviour of the staff,especially the Operations manager.The moment they stopped me from taking breakfast ,I stepped out of the resort with family without taking breakfast.I have a kid which is suffering from mild autism.He and his staff saw me taking preparations to vacate the resort but none of them had come forward and took steps to resolve the issue.They are not even concerned about anything related to it.The manager saw us carrying all the luggage downstairs and none had come forward to offer a helping hand.I don’t know what they mean by the word customer service.This is a big issue as a customer is concerned as he is not allowed to take breakfast with his family.They don’t even came and tried to make an amicable settlement in this.Not even concerned about how the customer handles the checking out process. I have been travelling to Munnar since 2000 and this is the very first experience of checking out from a resort before breakfast. Such behaviour will not help them in moving forward with this business.I know that his lack of experience is the reason for such behaviour. I shall ensure that none of my dear and near will ever deal with such a property .
