We recently blocked 80 rooms at Hotel Clarks Varanasi for a large group event, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.||The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and heritage charm. Every member of our group was highly satisfied with the overall quality of accommodation.||A special mention goes to the food – the variety, taste, and presentation across all meals were exceptional. From the lavish breakfast spread to the well-organized dinner buffets, everything was thoughtfully curated and delicious.||The hotel staff was courteous, attentive, and highly efficient, ensuring smooth coordination throughout our stay. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Abhishek Ji, Ms. Vandana Ji, and Mr. Pankaj Ji for their constant support, prompt communication, and excellent coordination. Their efforts played a key role in making this event a success.||Highly recommended for anyone planning a group stay, corporate retreat, or event in Varanasi. We will definitely choose Clarks again for our future programs.

Ambience of the hotel was mesmerizing 😍 and the room was soo comforting, it felt like I am at home only.. ACs were show stopper for me... As the heat strokes outside was on peak... And staff was soo polite 🙏🤗 |Thank you so much for such a warm and kind hospitality 🙏♥️

The hotel is run by an efficient staff. They are very polite and always ready to please. We really appreciate Mr Sanjeev Singh, Mr Anupam, Mr Rajeev and Mr. Akash for looking after us so well. The staff at the housekeeping as well as Room service are so helpful and ready to please. We will definitely come again.

We arrived from Delhi on April 21. Ankita welcomed us warmly and she was very helpful. The entire staff was amazing. Good location, clean, and very friendly people. KV temple, Ganga ghats, BHU shopping, and other main attractions are not too far from the hotel. Varanasi is a crowded and congested city but the Clarks is in a very quiet area.

I m staying in hotel and as per the pkg there should be buffet but buffet was not there so I planned to have some food but they only have the option is chilly paneer and friend rice in the menu or else you have the dal rice. This is not the way to deal with the customer. This is my 2nd time in hotel and it's too psthatic at all.
