Wonderful place to stay. Budget friendly. Nice staff. Food could be better, but you have various options nearby from where you can order to your room. Parking space is also available. Takes 20min by car to reach Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overall, 8/10.

"I recently stayed at hotel Kiran palace with my family and was disappointed by the hotel's unprofessional staff and inconsistent policies. Upon arrival, I was assured a room rate of Rs 5,500 per night, inclusive of early check-in and an extra bed. However, after settling into Room 206, the reception staff called to demand additional payment for the early check-in, despite our initial agreement. The staff's behavior was unacceptable - they argued aggressively and even asked us to leave. Fortunately, the issue was resolved after I spoke with another staff member. Unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste, and I would not recommend hotel kiran palace to families. The hotel needs to improve its staff training to ensure guests are treated with respect and dignity. Staff behaviour is very rude and disappointing.

It was a good experience to be with Kiran Palace. The staff was very humble , helpful and kind. The rooms are good and comfortable. Certain things regarding toiletries can be improved. Thanks.

Very nice and good place, home away from home. Manager Satish Srivastava is a very helpful and nice fellow. Service and food is too good.

Helpful staff but not friendly and professional.owner of property is cooperative. the room cleanliness is pathetic.food is average. The location is in a good and peaceful area.
