Hotel Basera

The owner of Hotel Basera does not behave well with the customers and those who speak, they even go back on their word. The hotel is fine but its staff and its owner are third class. So my advice is that instead of going to the auto drivers, go and find your own hotel because the auto driver gets a commission. Hotel rating very bad.

Don't ever think of staying in this hotel. I haven't had this sort of experience in my whole life. So negative that you will end up spoiling your mood as well as your trip. The rooms are so unhygienic. The bedsheets are stinky. The washrooms are not clean. Also, the owner of the hostel is truly a bad person. Someone you won't forget ever. Creep and dangerous. Don't ever go their with your family.

The worst hotel ever! They have a tie up with the auto drivers and gives them commission if their Room is taken up by the tourist. Just never ever go to this hotel. Rooms were full of mosquitos ,the power plugs were not working, bad service with dirty washroom.The owner is rude ,he just knows English but lacks in manners and values.I feel sorry for him. Hope he gets a good lesson soon.

So, I would like to share some traumatic experience I had here. Firstly, the owner only cares about money and not about the safety of the visitors. I visited the hotel at 9 am and asked him to do some concession as I just wanted to keep my stuff in the room but he didn't charged less. At 6pm when I came back from Taj mahal, he started knocking the door and started to shout asking me to leave the room. I asked him the reason but he got so aggressive that the best I could do was to just leave the hotel. I waited 5 hours standing on road waiting for the bus to arrive.. Never ever book this hotel. The owner is an old man who doesn't know how to talk to a women. The is zero safety if a women travels alone there. It's my humble request not to go to the hotel if there is any female with you. The dark rooms and the corridor gives you life long horror and the owner himself is the monster roaming there. I couldn't sleep 5 night even after coming back to my home.. The voice of him banging the door and his aggressive shouting still haunts me.

First of all, Never ever book this hotel. It's not a hotel. It's a scam running by auto drivers and hotel owner to trap customers to buy this third class hotel. I recommend you to first check reviews of any hotel before buying rooms. I guess average oyo hotels are far better then this hotel. Online hotel price is showing around Rs. 800-900 but they will charge Rs. 1100-1200 as auto driver will charge his commision. Every hotel worker guys now and then asks for tip and extra money. 💵 They don't offer water which is basic amenities as per hotel act. ❌ Washrooms are pathetic. 🤮 Ac is available in all rooms but not working.❌ Very negative and spooky vibes in the room.😱 Tv is there but not working.❌ They don't give clean bedsheets nor bath towels.❌ They lock the main gate at 11:00 PM and don't allow you to go outside or come inside. As other people say it not basera hotel. It is besaahaara.

Worst hotel ever. The rooms are stinky, there are flies and smell all over the room, bad water, no charging point.Don't waste even your 2mins in this hotel. The owner is so manner less and shameless. Haven't met anyone like him ever in my life. I hope he gets his karma.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The food served is good in both taste and quality. And also, the hotel is not so far away from all the tourist spots in Agra and thus reduces the travel time. Overall, it was a good experience staying at this hotel.

Worst experience ever. chip hotel. rent should be rs.200-300 instead of rs.1000-1500. they charge 'tax without any tax registration. unprofessional behavior. also charge service charges whenever they cannot. only restaurant can charge service charges only if consumer agree. Inside room worst towels, no charging (you need to charge your phone by plugging off TV), a small almirah, no in-house restaru services. waste of money totally.
