This hotel is big scam, I am asking everyone not to come here because they are making fools. I request everyone not to come to this hotel. They are the biggest thieves in the whole of Agra. And their behavior is very bad। No deserve any ⭐

Guys, this hotel is totally waste of money! It is not even eligible to take one start. The behavior of owner and staff is so disgusting and the owner name is Haji but his act not like a Haji. This is Third Class Hotel or you many say Lodge and the cost of Room is so high! I have Paid Rs. 1500/- for four person Bed. If you intended to purchase any item from out side the staff of the hotel continuously were asking what are you carrying with yourself. If you intended to Have some food in restaurant, his staff secretly follow you at the point of Resturant Untill you reached the Resturant and having food. For Hot Water You Will have to Pay Rs. 20/- per Bucket. And No room service is provided. And the bed was made with Marble and solid concrete and only gadda and dirty colourfull chadar is provided. And Can't say any about bathroom you can see the images. It is totally waiste of money. KGN hotel is shown in image that is the another hotel and KGN HOTEL is associate to the son of Haji Shahab. And Hotel Crown Palace is inside and side area of the KGN Hotel.

Please don't book this Hotel. It's not even a Hotel seems more like a lodge. Don't even deserve a one star. Don't know how it gets a 3 star in Google reviews.

It's extremely very bad hotel. And the picture that showed on the Google is not the photos of hotel crown palace. It's the nearest hotel kgn. The staff behavior also worst. Bathroom not cleaned one, pillows and bedsheet are not good and clean it's get bad smell. In my experience hotel crown palace is the one and only worst hotel in agra

They totally scamming and they are make commission deal with automan they bring me to their hotel when I didn't agreed but they convinced me to live, they tooked their hotel charges And at the time of checkout charging again 10% room and service charge which they didn't informed at time check in of And room is also poor quality and salty water And they given used bedsheets and cover after three time calling they changed Totally fraud, I thought to complained in police but lack of time I Skip Be careful and aware from this type of frauds👺👺👺👺😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😥😥😥😥😈😈😈👿👿🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The entrance to the hotel put us off a bit as the lobby decor could use some help but the room was comfortable, We could actually see the Taj from our window. The dinner was outstanding with wonderful staff. The extra bonus was that an Indian wedding was taking place in the hotel and it was great to see the beautifully dressed guests.

Well furnished and clean room. Amenities were all at the best. Interiors were neat and clean. Breakfast was worth mentioning. Staff were attentive and gave us a quick response. The hotel is highly recommended by us.
