In a simple word I would not recommend it to anybody. Reasons are below 👇 Poor Quality Service. We stayed 3 days in their hotel and from the beginning asking for doormats and requested several times but they never send us till check-out. For any service request we have to knock them more than twice then they are fulfilled. They do not even clean the room properly after request. Our bathroom was dirty and there is big issue with draing system. We reported in the first day and they fixed in 3 Rd day. They charged 10% extra fees as an service tax but while booking the room they not mentioned about it. It's Scam!! We tried to pay their bills at night cause we wanted to leave hotel at early morning but they refused to do that and at the early morning when we got busy they included that 10% extra fees as name of service tax cause they know very well at that point if we talk more about it, we may Miss the train.... It's a pure dirty game on their mind from the beginning while they picked up is from station. I'll never ever recommend their hotel to anybody..

Hotel is near Taj Mahal, with parking space in premises. Remaining everything is hell. They provided used and dirty bed sheet and blanket. Upon request they say there is no clean bed sheet available. These people ask for 10 percent service fees at the time of checkout only. But service quality is hell. Do not offer bath towel, no toilt soap, no dental kit. Only a nightmare to stay in that hotel. Not a hotel for family.
