Decent and clean place to stay in mahabas, but swimming pool is contaminated and left to dead so avoid jumping in it other tha that over all it's a good place to stay and chill

This resort not meet expectations. The worst part is their poor service. Dinnings are closed. No food facilities we have to arrange from outside which is big minus for resort's. Rooms are neat pool ok overall 3.5/5

For the price I payed, the stuff was to unprofessionell, the rooms were to filthy and after you ask for the breakfast, some streat food is brought. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait for half an hour as they were cleaning the rooms. Also it's nice to have a swimming pool but it's a pitty you cannot use it because it's dirty. Make it cheaper or put a little more effort in customer service and cleaning please. The location is good though.

Very Horrible experience of stay we had: *No Chefs for Restaurant. *Complimentary Breakfast - no option in the menu. *Swimming pool not at all in the condition to use. *Geyser Line - not working in any rooms. *Hot Water - only 2 Buckets for 4 persons. *Room Service - no intercom / Bell to ring, every time had to walk to the reception. *Room Cleaning - only after checkout . TV - only 4-5 channels (will not be our preferred channels). Night stay - with mosquitoes.

A good place for you and your friends. I would think twice to take my family here. There's always a group of friends here boozing and smoking. This place has got a good swimming pool which is not deeper than 5.5 feet approximately. The rooms are far good. There are two wooden dining towers which actually add beauty too this place. This resort will be in my priority for my next weekend getaway with my friends.

The only saving grace of this place is the location and adequate parking (which in Mahabalipuram can be a real pain). The property was obviously developed with high expectations, but now has a run down feel with negligent standards of service. You have to ask for even simple things like towels and soap. One room had only one pillow on a double bed, without pillow covers. The pool needs tending and has bugs that have made it a home. Water wastage is criminal with leaking pipes and overflowing tanks. Our overhead tank overflowed all night creating a racket next to our room and no one was there to tend to it when we tried informing the staff (after 8pm there are no staff)! The property has potential, but the management needs to really brush up their tardy act. And the prices they charge are certainly not justifies for all these lapses. It supposedly is on Oyo, but no oyo standard is maintained here.

The resort is not quite stylish as expected. Pretty decent resort for a good weekend getaway for guy's. For family outing think twice before booking, couple of college folks booze and smoke nearby. The place has very good location, it's near light house, beach and sea shore temple and other tourism places as well. I had a decent stay, didn't order any room nor did I order anything from restaurant, assuming the quality would not be upto standard. Altogether rooms are very good for boy's at party. Attaching some photos which I clicked during checkout (rooms were decent when I entered). Balcony for smoking. Light house view outside my room.

No cleanliness. Room they gave us smells badly that v can't even bare to stay for few mins. It seems Not cleaned anything after previous check out, left over stains, cigarette bits. From bathroom got a hell like smell n not cleaned that too. Next day evening they gave us another room. That too not cleaned after previous check out. Stains in bed cover, floor too not cleaned. ESPECIALLY WE NEED TO WAIT HELL A LOT OF TIME FOR HOT WATER. They ll prepare it from stove n ll give us after v asking it for tons of times. V GONE FOR A SHOOT, MISSED MAJOR PART BECAUSE OF THEIR LAZINESS
