Siva residency was a awesome place to stay for family, their service was excellent, their staff are very good and attentive, they helped as to order food and they guided for the tourists attractions and they provided safe parking for our car and view from their balcony room was excellent at the sun set timing and easy to access to the property because the property was located at the main road, it was a awesome stay

We booked a elite rooms in the property, they helped us with a early check in, it was a excellent stay with a family and it was a well maintained and very clean, the staff was very helpful and attentive, and their facilities like lift and car parking and their power back up was awesome and we had a calm and peaceful stay in the property, overall it was excellent stay at Siva residency

I had booked single room with AC for one night. They charged us 1500rs. We were also able to pre-book the room earlier by 5 days and they had promptly given us a check of the pre-booking via online. The rooms& restroom were wellkept and clean. The AC was working well. Worth the money.

It was excellent and safety stay,the owner mr Siva was very helpful and good person he guided us for local siteseen and have good food it was awesome stay in Siva residency and the location was easy access it was located at mainroad and it was very safety stay,once you reach property mr Siva will takecare of everything

Very nice room.. I took elite.. 1 double bed and single bed.. Bathroom was neet and tidy.. Only problem was 'stair'..

Not worth for money I stayed hear for 1day double bed a/c room for 1500 . A/C less cooling bathroom lights not working no drinking water need to buy

Had a good stay here....the manager is very friendly and also arranged vehicle to roam and for airport drop too....cheap and best to stay ✌️
