Hotel sea Breeze Annexe

One of the best room for guys to chill out under budget friendly. And the hotel incharge person is a very nice guy. Whoever need a break to chill out near mahabs beach with friends can book here without any hesitation. worth for money too.

Hotel staff was polite and helpfull. I had booked a non AC room for 2 nights 8/9 April 2022 for Rs 900/Day. I would recommend booking an AC room as it gets very hot here. I liked the spacious rooms and the overall architecture of the hotel .The balcony was awesome with some coconut trees within premises. All the tourist destinations are at walking distance from this spot which was the main reason to choose this hotel.The hotel staff was cooperative to arrange taxi as well.A lot of bar and sea food restaurants also available nearby.

Got lucky and got a room that was recently renovated. Recommend this if travelling on a budget. You can get a decent room at a reasonable price. Mr Ramanathan - the manager and Mr Aiyappa his assistant are reasonably good hosts if you're polite. Non AC rooms also good. Spacious and with good bathroom fittings.

Place is decent. You get the service that you pay for. It's a cheap place. However the up keep of the hotel isn't so good. There's paint peeling off the walls and leaking taps. The quality of water also isn't good. You can just use it to wash your hands and feet but not bathe. If you want to use the room to just sleep in, it's ok. It's in the center of the town and all the places are walkable.

In 2016, I was traveling solo to Pondicheery and mahabalipuram and was looking for budget stays. This stay offers good location as it is very close to the beach. You will have to walk 500 m, and the onwer has another property through which you can walk towards the beach. The other property has Hotel has spa and massage centre. The highlight of the stay is the view of the very famous shore temple. Sunrise and shore temple can be best viewed from here. This is an ideal place for backpackers looking for budget accommodations, would not suggest this place for family with kids.

I usually plan retreats with friends on a quarterly basis and we have always loved to come back here. The ambience, spacious rooms, proximity to the beach and Shore temple, both within a 2 min walk and not to forget excellent service of the waiting staff are definitely things that work in favor of the establishment. A large swimming pool and a big open space in front of the beach for team events are further benefits for visitors. One thing Sea breeze could work on is the quality of their food arrangements - they should really look to improve the variety of their menu as well as availability. Overall, this is a place I would blindly recommend to an average budget traveller, rooms are quite appropriately priced and available at short notice! If you are in Mahabalipuram for a day or two, this is definitely a place to stay and explore the shore town without much of travelling around!

Our stay at this hotel was a memorable part of the Mahabalipuram stay. The room was clean and Mr. Raman at the reception counter was such a nice and helpful person. He took extreme care of us, like a family member. He had arranged a scooter on rent for us and gave proper directions to visit the nearby places.

I have been to this place twice. I would love to visit there again. Manager and staff are very friendly. This place is well maintained and pocket friendly, though it may not have or feel like a 5 star hotel, This is a perfect place for couples, family and friends. Pretty secured. I want to visit this place because everyone is super friendly and helpful. I will visit this place again for sure just to meet those incredible people.
