Best Hotel Experience at Hotel Devine I recently stayed at Hotel Devine and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and elegance of the room. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities one could ask for – comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, clean bathroom, and a stunning view. The housekeeping was prompt and maintained the room immaculately every day. One of the highlights was the food – delicious, fresh, and served with great hospitality. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the variety and taste were impressive. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The pictures do not match the actuals, beginning with the Reception The rooms are small and have no windows The hotel has no functional generator back up At check in, I had to point out that the toilet floor needed cleaning. No dust bin in the room. Lifts didn't work when I checked in Checked out immediately (within an hour)

Overall Wonderful stay, Ambience, interior, staff, services, etc. All over of a top notch quality. Everything was perfect. In room dining service very good. Housekeeping staff also very cooperative and helpful. Value of money. Best Hotel in Zirakpur-chandigarh, if you look near by airport so we will highly recommend hotel devine.

The rooms were in very poor condition and looked nothing like the pictures on Google. The ACs didn’t work on power backup, making it extremely uncomfortable. We were so disappointed that we checked out in less than an hour.

Stafff is excellent; poliet and very supportive. The restaurant and its staff are really great espl Mr kulbir. Also the front desk team is great one. Had a wonderful stay at the hotel devine Chandigarh..... Highly recommendable!

Pathetic location, worst service, I called 2 times housekeeping not come to room we wanted to leave hotel midnight. Wifi not working, TV not working, they changed tv another one also not working . We use jio 4g data to use internet at room I ordered coffee without sugar they gave a lot with sugar I left hotel without paying. I request to not go with rating I think they are fake real experience is terrible. Don't come here and waste your money. Hotel is in labour colony adjacent trasport office. Dust all around no parking facility is there.
