Royal Orchid Hotels

The rooms were not that clean. I was sneezing continuously because of dust around. They should take better care of cleaning rooms making sure the curtains and AC vent is also clean. The service at restaurant was good. Had limited time to check out and I had informed the staff. Rubal and Dharampal ensured the food was ready and checked upon us while we were having meal. Their kind gesture is truly impressive. Please convey my feedback to both of them.

I had the misfortune of staying in Royal Orchid, mg road banglore. The rooms look decent and are spacious but the maintenance is poor. The linens and curtains are old and stained.. the washroom is poorly maintained, though cleaned well, the flush in our washroom went on for 20 min, that's a lot of water being wasted. The linens on the bed are tucked so shabbily and the worst experience of all is the food. One has to be a really stupid or terrible chef/ kitchen manager to serve terrible idli,dosa, chutney, sambar in a place like banglore. A random upahar serves waaaay better. It was disappointing to see that they had managed to spoil basic south Indian breakfasts and there was no salt or spice. Even the coffee was terrible, its so easy to get coffee right in banglore, a basic filter coffee would solve it! But they didn't have cereals or filter coffee or any kind of sweet breads/muffins/ desserts in the buffet. It was our biggest mistake to pay for the buffet, throughout my stay I opted for egg white omlette as the rest of the food was pathetic.. despite giving immediate feedback, nothing had improved during our stay. The staff was polite and open to feedback though, but no action from their end. Would not recommend this hotel.

Not value for money. Parking is available on the side of a road without security. Old hotel rooms redone but lot of flaws. Good staff but lacks coordination. Plus point, just on highway, airport nearby.

Good restaurant. Very delicious food. Situated next door to Regenta Almeida Zirakpur Hotel.

The scene from the room is very nice the aeroplane go from near the back window nearly 30 to 40m distance

Not as expected like Royal Orchid group. Food is just OK. Average hospitality.
