Decent & budget friendly hotel to stay. Staff is courteous and amenities are sufficient. Facilities for holding conferences and seminars in addition to small gatherings are possible here. A small gym along with a swimming pool are notable amenities which are not available in the vicinity within similar budget. Recommended for a stay.

Service was quite bad. Rooms are very decently made no issues there but they are dirty. No one here has heard of vacuum. Reception staff is good and well mannered. Rest of staff: there is lack of cooridination. If you order room service you need to make separate calls to room service and housekeeping again to clear the dishes and wipe the table. Room service will just clear the dishes. Table is dirty after eating? Make another call to housekeeping. If your car is dirty in their parking the next morning you are told to clean yourself. Tip doesnt work because it is not their job to clean a car and they dont have a cleaner of car. Restaurant staff is generally well behaved. Food is average. It is good if you stick to basics like paratha but tasted sweet sambhar and chatni with idly for first time. Overall not bad for a couple of days if you need to go out anyway. But they need to work on service if they wish to improve their ratings and money they charge.

I always hate to give any negative ratings, especially to human beings😒 but this is the fault of management and not the staff who was literally misbehaving and throwing attitude in dining area where breakfast buffet was arranged ,why don't the higher management assess before recruiting the staff properly. Each and every employee here needs hospitality and work ethics lessons. The structure is indeed very good but you are not visiting a haunted hotel 😂 you need some human touch, ethics, hospitality 🙏

The hotel is good.|Mr. Ravi Kumar from house keeping is very nice and polite.. He guided us about the city and was fast to respond to our issues.. Thank you Mr. Ravi Kumar for making our stay wonderful and pleasant 👍 I highly recommend this hotel

Rooms are spacious and good... amenities and bathroom not great...need to be more hygienic...no round the clock service's...not a drinker yet no bar...was surprising...food though was good..but service a bit on slower side.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I politely requested assistance to help with our luggage from the car to the room, as I was traveling with a baby and a young child, and had several large suitcases. The receptionist, however, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He retorted, "Hotel me sabhi raje samjte hai," implying that I was asking for too much. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy was shocking, especially considering the circumstances. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, making the wait even more unbearable in the sweltering heat. Overall, the lack of basic customer service and amenities made this stay far from pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable environment.

The rooms are not great. Stinky sheets. They didn't change sheets before you visit and we need to request them for it. Looks luxury from outside but not inside. Their dinner & breakfast buffets are average. They don't put any non veg item in the buffet. You need to request them for the non veg. Food taste is also average. Swimming pool is not clean. The pigeons poop is in the pool. My kids got rashes after swimming here.

It is a mid range Budget Hotel in Mirakpur, Nr Chandigarh.|Rooms are ok . Staff is polite and courteous. You have to ask for Dental and Shaving Kit. For Breakfast and Dinner , there are limited choices.|Ambience is good. THere is pool on the terrace.|However after 7PM, it is very dark and Pool is closed
