Hotel Best Inn

Very bad experience. I reached there at 1 am yesterday and I asked them to put the luggage in the room but they simply refused and asked me to take my luggage on my own to the second floor...I was too tired but they didn't listen. Apart from that, they didn't even give a water bottle in the room. I had to ask for the bottle and they charged 30 rs for that. This is the first time I faced this unexpected behaviour by the hotel and the staff. Totally disappointing! ☹️

Best hotel in mohali hygenic rooms with proper cleaning rooms and washroom was too clean and staff is so co operative all services was good.. manager of reception are too well mannered and decent guys..

The Best Hotel inn is best in class, it is near Near the Mohali Railway Station, Airport and mall so one can stay here.service and price both are best

Arrived at the venue with the staff welcoming us with warmth, very helpful in getting our booking details confirmed although we were in the late hours of night. The rooms were luxurious and cozy with excellent ventilation. The morning was blissful with natural sunlight shining upon and felt like waking up in paradise. Breakfast was hearty, served with fruits and full of energy for the day ahead. Room service was exceptionally well and professional and the hotel staff was very polite and friendly.

The hotel was very good overall. Rooms was pretty clean. Bedsheet,Blanket,pillows were also clean. Bathroom was also neat and clean aslo having geyser and exaust fan. Premium room has window which give you outside view. Delux room has no windows. One thing i didn't liked it that they didn't even asked for water and room was also not having any water bottle. Neither they provided any dental kit. The good thing is hotel is very nearby Besttech mall and corporate offices.

They Charge me ₹1860 on the name of De-lux Room for one night stay. But the room was not De-lux its garbage -- With NO water bottle in it. -- With NO quilt in the room. -- TV without Remote. -- No cutlery in the room ( Plates, Glass, napkins nothing ) -- No electric kettle for morning tea. #Note : Bus Stand / Railway station Dormitory is far better than Hotel Best INN

Dirtiest rooms they have! They charged 1500 INR, but the property is not above 700 INR! Firstly, the staff was completely rude; they don't know how to attend to guests. Secondly, their service was super slow; for what we had ordered, they simply told us that they would not be able to do that. Moreover, the bed sheet in the room was not washed. I told them so many times to change that, but they never listened to my request. They even don't have refrigerators and told me they don't have chilled water bottles, and I'll have to order that from Swiggy. The washroom was also not clean. Overall, I am highly disappointed.
