The service is really bad, didn’t like the experience here, the staff was partying late night at the top floor, and the location doesn’t feel safe, anyone reading this it’s my advice to not book this place if you wanna stay overnight, felt very unsafe, there was left over food and empty beer bottle kept in the lobby and no one from the staff for 12-14 hours ,really bad experience would not recommend it to anyone. Especially not a place for families!

Hotel room was ok, but there was issues. We had booked AC room through Agoda but though i had selected 2+1, it had booked for 1 person only. They asked to pay 400 extra and i paid that amount. The bathroom door was not getting closed and had to ask them for a rope to tie it and keep it closed. There was no electricity from afternoon and AC stopped working. There was no window in the room and we had to keep the door opened and keep the fan running. They don have power backup for AC. After 2 hrs the light and fan also stopped working as the inverter battery drained. Then we had to be in dark for some time as there was no other option. I asked them to give us candle and did not get it. Later i had to use the torch which i always keep in the car. Since the battery of the torch was low, i asked them to get me the battery instead of candle for the torch. Thay said ok. Later on after some time they moved us to the next hotel named Treebo Benz as the power did not come back. I understood that both hotel was owned by same people and both hotel shared the same kitchen as it was in the same building. For online it was given to different brands. For online booking through Agoda the service was poor and for booking under Treebo the service was good. As the room in Treebo was better and had power backup as well.

||I visited this place few days before for an official tour and stay one night. My experience was good. Hotel staffs are helpful. Free WiFi available which has good speed. Some snacks items feom menu are available in the room on order. However, complementary breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel for stay.

All the staff members are very courteous, sincere, loyal & hardworking.|Hotel rooms are also very clean & luxurious. Hotel staff provided all the daily routine articles as & when demanded. Kitchen staff and food items are also marvelous. I wish all the best to staff and owner of the hotel.

Better be into lifting weights 'cause you'll be expected to haul your luggage up 22 stairs on the first floor. No lift available. And who in their right mind makes a hotel reception outside their room's window? The room itself was OK, only one towel & soap bar & chappal. No kettle/tea things & the bed linen looked like it was changed in UPA times. The loud & overfriendly receptionist and his guffawing friends didn't help either, till I had to get out of the room and remind them that it's people's sleeping time and they could take their very interesting discussions somewhere else. There's open parking available in front of the hotel, at owners risk. The area around this property gives creepy vibes, not recommended for stays with family. Airport is about 5 kms though, eateries at Bestech square mall closeby. Stay only if just a place needed to crash and traveling solo.
