Hotel The Benz

Not a good hotel. I recommend to get hotel somewhere else. They don't offer discounts and demand more money. No hot water in anytime of the day. Rooms are not that good. I saw someone spat on bedsheet, reddish pan colour. Also, the room i got was not so good, already staff were sleeping and having food, watching tv there and they gave us that room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Benz, and it was a huge disappointment. The rooms are far from what you would expect—old, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. The location is also terrible, making it difficult to access anything nearby easily. On top of that, they charge ridiculous extra fees if you stay out past 11 PM! I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and it feels like they're just looking for ways to take more money from their guests. Overall, the service was unhelpful, and the experience was far below standard. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a nice stay but I have called you at 6.30 for hot water but still till 11.45 I haven't get it. As it is cold outside it was really found difficult to hang up with the things. Other than that the stay was really great and food was amazing 🤩

you won't be able to get hot water in the shower. they will bring you hot water in a bucket. we arrived at night, hot water should be turned on at 6 am as promised by the receptionist. at 8 am there was no water, i asked to turn on hot water, after 20 minutes i came again to ask to turn on hot water, after another 20 minutes they brought me a bucket with "hot" water. You have to ask for water, there is none in the room. You have to ask for a towel, there is none in the room either.

Great experience. .value of money neat and cleen||Good service staff was so polite .||Food is also good .||The hotel is very nice place without any noise,||If you want to wander around then there is a mall nearby too.||It was an amazing experience with the hotel and their staff.||You may come and enjoy their services.

Location is good. Staff behaviour is very nice. Promt service. Overall in budget it's a good hotel

Today only we checked out from this hotel. Just don’t get carried away with the name and photos. AC 👎 Rooms cleanliness 👎 Wash rooms 👎 flush wasn’t working. Water dripping from AC. Smell in the rooms. Not at all recommended.
