Hotel Càsa

We have booked the room through agoda for senior citizens. We have informed them while booking room that room should be allocated in lower floors as due to older age they will struggle to climb stairs. But once we reach the hotel the staff told Rs300 extra for lower floor rooms. My parents were given the room in 3rd floor. They were so many lights lit up outside room due to which my parents struggle to get sleep in the room as the bright lights are coming from the windows and it was not dark while sleeping. I think for senior citizens the rooms and facilities not upto mark. They mentioned that water was not hot for taking bath, they switched on the geyser 1hr before. Only good thing was that the food provided in hotel was tasty and good to eat.

Fraud people, despite bookings and prepayment didn't get my rooms Had booked hotel Casa with family but and had pre-paid for the same too, upon reaching there the owner and staff mentioned that the hotel is full and they can only provide rooms in Hotel Benz, washrooms of which were very small and in bad condition. The owner too was least interested in helping and rather lied to Cleartrip that his rooms had leakage and hence is providing alternate accommodation and got our bookings cancelled without our concent upon which the staff rudely asked us to get out of the premises.

A good budget hotel. Barely 100 metres from Bestech Mall makes it ideal for travellers. The deluxe room is clean n cozy. Extremely courteous and helpful staff that will make ypu carry good memories of the place. Room service is prompt. Breakfast was delicious too. They have affordable rooms also which are well suited for travelling professionals.

The Location is out side of the city and but near the airport. If person want travel the check hotels near bus stand like sector 17 or sector 43. For me the location was not good. And the Room was above average and the cleanliness was there.

We booked this disgusting hotel for a one night stay only. We were suppose to pay only INR 1501 inclusive of all the taxes but the staff insisted to get a room in a different hotel that belongs to their company. When we refused the start demanded almost INR300 more and we refused to pay. They said “you should have called us before coming here to confirm about your booking“. I am a girl from another country and it was my last night in this city. This hotel literally threw us out. They have zero respect towards foreigners. I am crying outside the hotel with no help available. Imagine these scammers do these things so easily with the foreigners. You don’t want to stay here with your family. DO NOT COME TO THIS SCAMMERS WORLD,EVER!!

Room is clean but there is no soup in washroom to wash your hands. Staff is very rude I asked him there is no complementary water in room you charge 2000 rupees for night and Don't give any single water bottle they said if need water we can give you a jag of water in complementary. Thank you Hotel Casa is was very bad experience in my hole life where you pay 2000 for single parson night stay and pay more for a water bottel

The location is very near to SANs railway station as well as IISER mohali. For one to two day stay, it is very suitable.

Very basic room. No lift. 3 flight of stairs to go to the room. Overpriced for the amenities provided
