The location isn't ideal for families, as there are no restaurants nearby. You'll need to take care of most things on your own. Additionally, the room service staff takes a long time to address issues or provide assistance.

Photos online were misleading regarding the hotel and rooms. Rooms did not appear clean upon entry. Hot water did not work. Bed sheets and pillows were unclean. No room cleaning provided. No safe provided in room. Lamps and wifi did not work. Only upside was that staff were friendly and polite.

Room dint have odonil in washroom. LCD no tv network for 2 days .No tea facility before 8 am . Glasses were not clean. Bed cover was too old . Fab Hotel website states late checkout I was charged 1000 extra for 4 hours as I had late scheduled train. Though when I checked in 7 hours late no benefit of doubt was given. No bucket in washroom. Water was leaking in flush all during my stay.

My experience at Fab Hotel prime K9 regency was terrible. The location was superb but the maintenance of room was pathetic, untidy bedsheet and pillow cover, smell in room, rotten food item of previous guest was still in room refrigerator, no tea or coffee sashes in the room provided, wifi was not working properly, food menu and room tarriff shows the hotel to be a top class but unfortunately it seems a visit to a typical lodge so highly recommended to not book this ever.

I travelled from UK andI really enjoyed this stay as every staff were excellent, but especially Rajveer and Vijay Kumar,they were so caring and listened to everything I said.The cleaning team were amazing also.It was truly amazing the experience and made my stay 100 times better.I would really recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Jalandhar. 🙏✝️

We arrived and was unable to stay even though we had booked via booking.com they said no international guests and we sorted the issue out and and they were very helpful and said no charge as we didn’t stay. However, I have woke up this morning and they tried to take the money for the hotel… do but stay here

Room size are okay, lift was not working when we checked in as there was a power outage. One complaint that I have is that the sheets and pillow covers had stains on them. Looked like they don't bother cleaning the linen in this hotel or they don't give it to a proper laundry. We didn't ask the staff to change it as we reached the hotel past midnight after a long road trip and were pretty tired but our booking was made in the evening and the staff should have ensured that the sheets are clean. Bathroom was clean and good.

The property is on a good location, but very poorly maintained, the rooms stink, my room no 205 was just beside the dustbin so that place was shabby and there were insects coming in from there. I had booked 2 rooms and the geycer was not working in both the rooms, I had given them 5 reminders to switch it on but in vain.i had forgotten that breakfast is included in my booking, but the reception folks did not even tell me that their was breakfast served in the room. Not recommended for family.
