FabHotel Prime K9 Regency - Hotel in Model Town, Jalandhar

The property is on a good location, but very poorly maintained, the rooms stink, my room no 205 was just beside the dustbin so that place was shabby and there were insects coming in from there. I had booked 2 rooms and the geycer was not working in both the rooms, I had given them 5 reminders to switch it on but in vain.i had forgotten that breakfast is included in my booking, but the reception folks did not even tell me that their was breakfast served in the room. Not recommended for family.

Room size are okay, lift was not working when we checked in as there was a power outage. One complaint that I have is that the sheets and pillow covers had stains on them. Looked like they don't bother cleaning the linen in this hotel or they don't give it to a proper laundry. We didn't ask the staff to change it as we reached the hotel past midnight after a long road trip and were pretty tired but our booking was made in the evening and the staff should have ensured that the sheets are clean. Bathroom was clean and good.

Best Hotel for staying but their food quality and taste are worse and very expensive. I recommend only to stay and don't use their kitchen services

Very good service will be back again soon this year very accommodating and excellent location too for Model Town. Hats off to Rajvir, Rahul and Raman are very kind and thier service toward my mother and I are appreciated. God Bless you all and see you soon.

Rooms are very spacious and neat n clean. Staff is very cooperative with good behaviour. You will get good room in your budget.

One of the disgusting hotel I have ever seen.Very unprofessional and non sense staff they had in Reception area.if you want to stay for quite long and payment reaches more then 10k then they will start giving you police threads. The way they are giving threads it's not even safe for couples. Very poor Staff and service providing by them is also not that good.They should learn some professionalism

Good hotel having 16 rooms inclusive of two suites. Toilets and floor tiles are quite new/renovated. Looks like a newly constructed/ renowated property. Suites have spacious toilets. But no common dining hall. Food is served in rooms only. Food quality is good. Located on the main road. Parking on the road. Staff is good and courteous.
