From starting no one picked call to provide me hotel directions, i was coming from Phagwara to Jalandhar and it was my first stay . I called 10-15 times on the number mentioned on app. When i reached hotel no one was at reception , receptionist having lunch at dining table. When i entered in room it was smelling honestly , room size was small but managed well . Blanket and bedsheets are not cleaned . No water served . I asked from reception to serve water , he gave me bottle without telling me that it is a paid water bottle. No one called for Breakfast and not even informed that this is the time till we serve breakfast. When reached for breakfast receptionist lady was talking on call i was just asking for our breakfast arrangements and place but she told me to wait for one minute i am on call. I think customer is not priority for staff. Basic things staff must know to serve without asking . Actually staff was not looking like they really want to host. Hotel location was good this is the positive point i have got.

Good place to stay, staff is friendly enough to deal with. Delay in service : asked for tea but it didn't came till I waited there at breakfast for about 30 mins. Asked for water bottle and they served after 3 times reminder. Please improve your service timings and quality

Well this hotel is on the first floor in centre of the best and busy market called model Town in Jalandhar!! This is one of the best places to stay in terms of the place and locality. As for the hotel it is quite fine in terms of the rooms and the run of the mill breakfast they serve. I booked it through Oyo rooms, though I had a few initial hiccups with the room that I was originally alloted. The Aircon wasn't working fine and the exhaust fan in the washroom too wasn't working. I had to put a complaint forward to Oyo rooms after which my room was changed. ||As for the market where it is situated is a haven for foodies!! Amazing street food all around downstairs, good bakeries, a very amazing and famous pahwa kulfi. ||To sum up a decent place with fine tariff and very centrally located.

Found this hotel at 830pm while on a whirlwind business trip around Punjab. The location for this hotel is everything. I had a late evening meeting literally around the corner and I was tired so this place was ok to spend the night.|Located on the first floor behind the market this is more a glorified inn than a hotel- as the name states. |The positives:|The rooms are newly done so the beds are super comfortable and everything is sparkling.|The staff is very sweet and helpful|The food was absolutely delicious- if you like punjabi food|Great location|The negatives:|The bathroom is designed badly with the shower in the middle so the whole place gets wet when you shower|The horrible views of the backs of buildings doesnt allow you to open your curtains at all|The long extended balcony means that anyone can walk past your room||When I went to the room, exhausted, I realised that the sheets were dirty- probably hadnt been changed since the last guest checked out and the Tv set top box was not working. A sign of an unprofessionally managed place. The good thing was that the staff was very apologetic, the front desk manager came up with the housekeeping staff to ensure all the linen and towels were changed and the TV fixed. They did all this with a smile.|As a single woman I felt safe and secure at this small establishment

The hotel is good. Staff is supportive. Clean and spacious rooms. Food is also good but i felt the price a little higher than expected. Overall food quality and options are good. I enjoyed my stay here.

Do not ever book this hotel 🤬 Rooms are very small and different as shown in pictures. Used bed sheets, dirty smelly room and washroom, If you book this hotel from OYo and your booking is prepaid they will give you dirtiest room and don't even provide basic necessities like water bottles, soap, shampoo . I got this hotel in 1300 total waste of money. These days OYO is full of fraud hotels.
