Literally the worst experience ever, had periods so had some blood stains on sheets not even that visible and they charged extra 500 (uuchi dukaan pheeka pakwan)

We were visiting from the USA for a friend's wedding. The staff was very accommodating and flexible with our plans. The location is central to a lot of great shops and the complimentary breakfast was very good!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel Empire square. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jallandhar. As you can see in the pics all rooms are in premiere and interior is so good , you feel like 7 stars rooms. Restaurants and bar on the terrace and food was awesome. Rates are very genuine, if you are with family or business trip to Jallandhar or looking hotel in Jallandhar must visit and stay. And icing on the cake .. hotel is located in Model Town Market. They have Premium, Delux and Executive rooms. Facilities- 24/7 hot and cold water,WiFi, on call doctor, on call laundry,on call car rental,restro bar.
