Location is very close to Golden temple, staff and service is nice Property is Clean. But if you are going to book a family room for four adults then this property is not for you. Because size of two double beds are extra small. Difficult to sleep for two adults on same bed. Rooms are conjusted,basically category of that room should be triple bed. So so suffocated.

Highly Recommend I recently stayed at hotel 4S Niwas and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable and I was greeted with warm smiles Every request I made, no matter how small, was met with promptness and professionalism.

Awesome place to stay for the rate you pay. The cherry on the cake here is the owner of the hotel, Mr. Ajay Sharma. Never met such a humble person who works out of the way to make his guests and customers feel at home. The caretaker Saurabh and Rohit also are very kind and jovial. Never says no to anything. I recommended 4S Nivas for everyone who would visit Sri Harminder Sahib, Golden Temple.

Good hotel, excellent staff . Neat and clean rooms. Good food is available nearby restaurants. Golden temple, Jalianwala bagh, partition museum are very close to hotel. Good and reasonable cab service
