The owner was exceptionally welcoming, going out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable. It felt more like visiting a friend’s home than a typical hotel. The services were impeccable, and the staff was incredibly attentive to my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were just right. I particularly appreciated the little details that showed they cared about making each guest’s stay memorable. They were always ready with suggestions for local spots to visit and even helped arrange transportation, which made exploring the city so much easier. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was courteous and eager to assist with anything I needed. It's rare to experience this level of personal care, and it really made a difference in my stay. Special mention to Staff Member's, who helped me with local recommendations and ensured I was comfortable at all times. Food: The food at this hotel is absolutely phenomenal! Room Service, Ambience, Cooperation of Staff and Kind Behaviour of Mr. Sarabjit Singh (Owner) of Sira Niwas Hotel is Excellent. In a holy place and crowded roads they are still dealing with their guests politely. We visited during the peak tourist season, but their rate and policies are Genuine. Hotel is very near to Golden Temple, highly recommend to stay here as it is convenient for us to visit near by market as well. Hospitality is superb with fast service. Owners are very cooperative and helpful. Also you will get sweet gesture from them as a complimentary gift.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seeta Niwas, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room I was assigned was nothing short of disgusting. As soon as I entered, an overwhelming smell of pee hit me, making the room unbearable. The space was clearly under construction, with a broken wall and dilapidated furniture that made me feel like I was staying in a neglected building site rather than a hotel. To make matters worse, the bed was infested with insects, and I found strands of hair on the mattress, adding to the unhygienic conditions. It was evident that cleanliness and guest comfort were not a priority here. I couldn’t wait to leave and would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere. It was an unpleasant experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

The stay was a horrible experience at Hotel Sita Niwas. The room and the toilet had a continuous foul pee like smell and it seemed like we were staying next to a public washroom. The worst part is that the people at the reception care the least about this issue when brought to their attention. The bedsheets provided were torn and had ants on them. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Please spend your money somewhere else rather than this hotel.

The location is very close to the Golden Temple and the staff were tried their best! But our rooms were infested with cockroaches and we were not provided bedsheets. Food is also overpriced.
