Hotel Moon Inn

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We stayed from October 31, 2024, to November 2, 2024. They advertise parking, but there’s actually none available on-site. Instead, they direct you to a third-party parking facility where you have to pay ₹200 per day. To make things worse, they don’t even have contact information for the parking service. We waited over two hours just to access our vehicle. The area around the hotel is very congested, so bringing your own vehicle is risky. The rooms were also quite small, adding to the discomfort. The staff was unhelpful and slow. We asked repeatedly for the daily water quota, but it only arrived after nearly ten reminders and a personal visit from my father. We booked two rooms, one of which had a faulty exhaust that we reported, but no one came to address it during our stay. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I found this hotel by chance when I was desperately walking around the streets as my initial attempt for reservation turned out to be a bad choice. People at the reception were very nice and helpful. One of them even walked with me to the Golden temple to make sure I get there safely. And even for my next destination they gave helpful recommendations for travelling by bus and using an app to book cabs.

It is a newly opened hotel near golden temple. It is just 6 minutes walking distance from golden temple and golden temple market is only 4 minutes walking distance. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Room interior is very well decorated and modernized. Bathroom is very clean and the is plenty of shampoo, bodywash and handwash kept in dispenser. I like most the pearl shaped wash basin. Staff behavior is very friendly. 24 hour reception service is open. The hotel is also very cost effective. They provided us a good in reasonable price during navaratri festival without any negotiation. I will recommend everyone to try this hotel during amritsar stay. I will definitely stay again if i visit amritsar next time

Excellent attitude of front desk team - Jashn, Navraj. We were a group with three rooms and staff were extremely helpful in attending to our various needs. They also helped us with transport to railway stn & around city. Would be great if they have some basic dining facilities for snacks or breakfast in future. Our room had a lovely view of the Harmandir Sahib complex.

Excellent location ,Extremely courteous & efficient staff staring from front office manager to guard at the front gate The whole team ensures that you have the most comfortable stay the room was cleaned properly I would visit soon to this hotel with my entire family .

Booked two rooms. No room service, rooms don't have any microwave, iron and beds are broken. Bathrooms are not clean and have bad stains on the walls.
