OYO (RRE) Royal Ruby Enclave

Pathetic hotel. It's not on the main beach, but inside. It's so remote that You can not reach to the location by by yourself. Nearby beach is not good and going in the water is not allowed. If you want to go swimming in the water, stay near main beach. This property is pathetic, They Don't even have power backup, working AC, we couldn't get water to go to washroom when we stayed.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever seen.This Hotel is located in the outskirts of the city...Too far from the beach,from this hotel there is no any beach view Totally disappointed with the rooms.the service is too bad. *The location which is showing in maps is 1.1km from the Railway station but the actual distance is more than 6KM* I booked this hotel from OYO they clearly mention that check-in and check-out timings are from 12pm to 11am But the hotel receptionist directly came at 8am and ask me to checkout the room immediately we have another guests to check-in. Then we ask we have 2 more hours for check-out but why we have to go early...he replies me back like go and raise a complaint to OYO support I don't have any problem this is the hotel rule you have to checkout immediately. That receptionist doesn't spoke politely they doesn't even provide a good room service also, Finally waste hotel for that Price.

Rooms are pathetic. 1stly they denied to give check in from online app. Maneger said to do booking directly from them. Previously when I spoke to pm, it has been said that from window I will be able to see sea beach. But in reality it is situated far away from beach, no scope to see sea beach from anywhere of the entire hotel. Rooms are unclean,bad smelling. they have provided cushion instead of pillow. AC didn't work. At night 12 am ac has been stopped, even whole night there was no electric not even fan was not moving. Hotel authority has locked us from outside like a jail, even they didn't response in call. Whole night we were locked from outside and stayed without no light and fan. Not safe for staying with family

We booked two deluxe room and got this garbage, 1 room has ac and the other room dont basically the drawing room is converted into bedroom but with no ac . When you ask them to give another ac deluxe room he doesn't have any other rooms . Do not see hotel image in oyo totally different when you reach . We stayed because we have paid in full . Worst management Unworthy hotel Misplaced items when we reached hotel No gate keeper for night Bath room ( 1 ) No parking Visitors are being charged (BREAKING NEWS )

Room are just awesome. They keeps room so hygiene and clean. And one of best experience i got there's beach view, and there's staff are soo friendly and well mannerd. I think its worth its price.

Worst room experience that I had never faced ..Firstly the location is not correct, it is said that it is located at sea beach road .. but it is farther , beach can't be seen anyway from residence and the way is with tiny mud roads..The service is not good nothing provided.. We booked as per the standard check-in and check-out time but modified by them without reason and intimation later according to their convenience.. wanna give 0/5 if possible.Rooms were as not as they were in photos section ❌
