OYO Hotel Disha Retreat

Please don't book at this hotel. I made this mistake and had a horrible experience. Some Mr. Ranjan Roy with mobile number 9300000092 sent a message early morning that my reservation is canceled. Then he called up stating that there is a short circuit and all bookings are canceled. I contacted Agoda who reconfirmed by reservation but finally the hotel refuses to recognize Agoda. Please book if you feel happy getting cheated

Worst experience. A total fraud. They show picture of a sea front hotel however it is not. Complementary breakfast in name only that also in dirty utensils. Lastly we had to check out at 3:30 am however the main door was closed and there was no one to open it ( they were informed from beforehand about our check out time) even after calling so many times none of the staffs picked up. Please i request everyone , if you don't want to have the worst experience of your life donot step in that hotel.

We had wonderful stay at this property. Very neat n clean rooms . We had a very welcoming host Mr. Chandan. Awesome food. We could choose every meal as per our choice n it was beyond our expectations. Very homely atmosphere. I recommend this property to try once atleast to have a wonderful experience.

This hotel has 22 rooms. The rooms are ok. Not high end rooms. The hotel was closed. It has been recently opened again. It's just adjacent to the west side hotel of the East West Hotel. Also, the beach is just on the opposite side of the road. Hence location wise it's very good. Also, for the marriages in the nearby hotels, extra rooms if required can be booked in this hotel.

A complete mess hotel. Very bad service. Got a very bad experience. No parking and rather have fine and a nonsense one. This hotel doesn’t have a power backup. Really a fantastic marketing skill used by this hotel

The location is shown wrong in google maps. It is behind Empire Hotel just beside Esha place. Pros: Clean rooms,good service by staffs,sea view through windows (not sea facing). Cons: Power backup not available. Remote location. No restaurant near by

Don't go for other negative reviews. Room are very good and mainly the staffs are very supportive. Walkable distance to beach. Affordable quite

Location of the hotel is very good. The only thing is they should maintain the room conditions with a little better effort.Food is good. Don't have lift facility.
