Hotel Leo Castle

We stayed at this place for 6 days on November. We booked 2 rooms through whatsapp and telephonic discussion. The rooms were really great. We took 2 Non AC rooms in 2nd floor (Sea Facing). Its just a superb experience. Rooms were quite spacious with all basic amenities. Sitting area was just superb. Hospitality: The hotel staffs were just awesome. They were very co-operative and responded to our each and every calls even at 5AM. Room cleaning, wasroom cleaning were performed daily. Dine-in / Room Service: This is very much crucial for any hotel stays but you cannot believe the taste of food was just awesome. Lots of choices, much affordable than any other restaurant and the main thing is that the food were fresh, tasty and of good quantity. For room service they charge an additional 10% but still was a great deal. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely like to re-visit soon. Disappointed and disaster behaviour of employees. They don’t know how to communicate with female. It was raining out heavily and they asked us to leave the room. We requested to help they didn’t bother to help or extend Little time to manage the situation. Unfortunately I have to chose child friendly or else I will not be able to submit the form.

Rats in the room. They don't respond to room service bell and one has to go down to reception from 1st/2nd/3rd floor. Restaurant food is good but they charge 10% for food delivery to room.. No hot water facility. Tv was not working

Absolutely pathetic hotel with non-cooperative and unaccommodating staff. Rooms are spacious but has old furniture, dirty linen, and a toilet that you can't even understand how to use as it's neither Indian or Western. They've 19th century lock and key to lock rooms. There's no system of housekeeping here and no intercom so you've to run after staff for every small thing. The rooms are nothing as shown online and even their claims online are fake. Got no free Wi-Fi or complementary breakfast. There was no pool and even the TV wasn't working. Even though AC was working fine but there was no remote to control the temperature.

Visited many places round the world, booked this hotel suddenly, was of more than exceptions, great room, perfect see facing, 2min walking to sea, great food quality with affordable price, after all great service from hotel management from travelling to offer Puja in Jagannath Temple....Great experience for me and my family...Thank You...Hotel Leo Castle for everything...

Beautiful hotel with outstanding sea facing rooms... As per as my experience it is a best hotel in puri... the service of the staffs are very good. Highly recommend for family and couples.

Good morning friends This is a very good Hotel as I expected and they I stayed in their newly furnished room which was nit and cleaned, all facility they provide me as they have promised to give. So I suggest and recommend to all to come experience their newly furnished room and their restaurant foods are very tasty
