Hotel Krusti Resort

I am posting this review a second time so that people an aware of what they will have to deal with in this hotel. We had a really bad experience at this hotel and restaurant. They only treated nicely to those who shared their background and language. They even were giving slang in their own language, making it impossible for us to understand them. We ordered lunch but ended up being completely ignored, so we decided to leave and eat outside. After two hours, a staff member came out to say we had ordered food but had gone elsewhere to eat.We explained that we were ignored, but they just became rude and insisted we pay for food we never received. To make matters worse, we witnessed the staff fighting with other guests who didn’t speak their language. They even scolded a little girl who was playing alone, making her cry while her parents were in the room because of their fight with the parents for food that they also didn’t receive. Later, the manager called us about drinks we had already paid for, treating us poorly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we would never visit this hotel or restaurant again based on how we were treated. And don’t ever come to this restaurant and if you think I am lying I have video evidence of the entire fight between staff members guests. I need to add one more thing we called the room service for cleaning but got ignored for for two days worst experience never come to this hotel

Peaceful and pleasant stay at krushti resort, it is very close to beach and railway station but far from temple, Room service was good and rooms are spacious but selected rooms have serene sea view. Checkout time is 7 am which is very odd in hotel industry but they arranged to accommodate our luggage as our train was at 11 am, The manager and staff were helpful in nature. Overall our stay was comfortable, I will prefer stay here once again if checkout timings are taken care off..

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS RESORT. We have stayed there for two days. Only the best part is , it is near to beach .😊😊 But the beach is near to the drainage so the you can feel the dirty smell.🤮🤮 Staff behaviour is not good.😡😡 Price is too high .😲😲😲 Rooms are not clean.🫢 The uploaded photos are not real in Google. Power cut in mid night, no one will start the back up until every guest come out from their rooms and start shouting 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Breakfast included but only 2 options are there. One is poha which is fixed for everyday but the taste is pathetic. Second changes everyday. So don't influence with their breakfast included trap.🥵🥵🥵🥵 We have ordered the food in our rooms for which they changed us extra for room service which is really surprised us.😡😡😡

Very bad experience. manager behave was pethetic also staff is also not good they talk very badly. We didn't get any housekeeping support after checkin....plz never come here dear review reader. They took 2k but didn't justify their service. When we asked for why no housekeeping service has been provided when required they say this facility is only available at big big hotel where they take 3k or 5k they themselves represent they are 1 Star hotel..... resturant people are also very bad even no single person give proper reply and support. 8 checked-in morning 8 am and asked for the service around 1:00PM and plz don't cover up your mistakes....this is what you all people and staff are misbehaving with your guests

Good hotel to stay with your family. Basic food though, stuffs are good out here . If you want to have a moderate but peaceful environment, you can try this . Special mention is the owner’s behaviour was good .

Good location but very bad behaviour and treatment with guest in reception. They dont know how to talk. No sitting area in reception. Dirty bathroom Stay away from this resort , its not even a resort its small hotel.

Last week I stayed in hotel Krusti Resort. I earned an amazing experience from here. Rooms are quite good and clean. Manager is very helpful and nice person. All staff s are very well behaved. Location is also good. Its far away from crowded Swargadar. Beach is very very close from hotel. Highly recommended this hotel for all of my friends and family. From now whenever I will visit Puri, I will stay over here. Thank you for good memory.
