Hotel Mahabir Sheraton

Given 1 star as there's no option for 0. This hotel deserves a 0. Absolutely horrible experience to say the least. Never experienced such a filthy hotel in my life. They don't know anything about customer service. The staff is inexperienced and lack professionalism. The hotel is under construction still they are keeping guests. The towels, bedsheets and pillow covers were full of strain. Will neither visit this hotel nor would recommend to anyone. If you are reading this and still want to book this hotel, I have only one thing to say Good Luck!!

The hotel location is good. Food is also good but the problem is in the hotel mosquitos. The whole night I disturbed with mosquitos, The hotel charges (2500rs) are very very high as per the service . No ketley, tea kit only water is available at the time of entry. The location from the temple is around 3km. And yes geyser is not available.

It was good but it need some maintainace in certain things like washroom, tap water, telephone like this... otherwise everything was good and nice..

Very bad experience, renovation was ongoing from past 25days but they had not updated in any of the website. They are taking booking on an under-construction building. No healthy and safety. Every where gravels and dust covered. Not very safe. Poor quality.

MUST SAID ONE OF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER OF MINE..AT CHECKIN THEY SAID HOTEL IS UNDER RENOVATION..IT WAS OK FOR ME..BUT THEY DNT HAVE BASIC THINGS..LIKE NO HOT WATER..WALLS PAINT IS FADED..AC MAKES SO MUCH NOISE..IST TIME I SAW A WINDOW AC IS GETTING AUTO CUT..IT STOPPED AND GOT ON AFTER SOME MINUTES..POWER GOT OFF 2-3 TIMES..EVERY OTHER BULIDING NEAR HOTEL HAD BACKUP THIS HOTEL DNT HAVE ANY BACKUP LIKE INVERTER OR GENERATOR ETC..WHEN I ASKED ABT POWER CUT THEY SAID THERE IS POWER CUT IN WHOLE PURI CITY..ITS COMMON SENSE THATS WHY WE HAVE INVERTERS/GENERATORS..THEY DNT HAVE THEM IN ACTION..MOSTLY GIRLS ARE THERE IN STAFF AND THEY ALL ARE IMMATURE..NO PROFESSIONAL STAFF..1ST MORNING I ORDERED POORI BHAJI AND COFFEE & I WAS ONLY PERSON IN RESTURANT BUT STILL THEY BROUGHTY ORDER IN HALF AN HOUR.. THAT'S TOO AFTER ASKING FOR 2-3 TIMES..EVEN ROOM GIVEN TO ME DIDNT GET LOCK WITH KEY..THEY SAID THEY WILL SHIFT ME TO ANOTHER ROOM AND GUESS LOCK DIDN'T WORK THERE TOO..THEY DNT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION..EVEN THEY DNT HAVE MENU IN ROOMS..THEY DNT HAVE DENTAL KITS IN HOTEL..HOW SILLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL AT SAME TIME..ONE OF WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..THEY ARE MAKING THEIR CITY TOO MUCH PROUD..

Hospitality and hygiene to be maintained. Quality of mattress to be replaced. Rooms are big and in good location.
