Hotel City Plaza, Puri - A Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Hotel City Plaza in Puri and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. The issues began as soon as we entered the room. The bedsheets were visibly stained, making us question their cleanliness. The blankets provided were thin and appeared unwashed, leaving us no choice but to avoid using them altogether while sleeping. The situation didn’t improve with the dining experience either. The plates provided smelled bad, adding to the overall discomfort. The service was incredibly slow, making the entire stay frustrating. This was not the level of hygiene or service I expected, especially during a relaxing getaway. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the standards to provide a better experience for future guests. After all this the room rate seemed expensive. Doesnt worth 3200. Total scam

Nightmare Stay at Hotel City Plaza, Puri – A Complete Disaster Staying at Hotel City Plaza, Puri, was one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made. The room was absolutely revolting, with stained, foul-smelling bedsheets and blankets that looked like they hadn’t been washed in months, if not years. We were horrified to even touch them, let alone use them to sleep. The dining area was no better—a total health hazard. The plates reeked of filth, making the thought of eating there unbearable. Hygiene seemed to be an alien concept to the staff. Speaking of which, the service was an absolute joke. The staff were apathetic, rude, and completely unresponsive to our repeated complaints. This place single-handedly destroyed our trip. It’s a disgrace to call this establishment a hotel. Do yourself a favor—avoid this dump like the plague. It’s not worth a single rupee, let alone your peace of mind. Stay far, far away.

We took terrace deluxe room.. room is so good.... Other Non AC rooms not maintained properly.. Sea view also good.. Service not bad.. Food ok.. Thank you💐💐

I had never stay in a worst hotel like this.. never stay here by mistake also.. tv not working, remote's has no battery. A/c has no remote. If u want to operate the ac u have to standing up on a chair. Balcony is totally meaningless for the room. It's full of Pigeon's sheet. U can't even stand over there. Bathroom has it's own destructive smell. Wash basin was totally unusable because the use of gutkha. Cleaning mantainance is totally 0. I don't know about the phone working or not because the staff harees every time using the door bell and also ask for money every time.. and lastly the price per night I paid 4200.00 In my opinion the actual price they deserve is less then 800.00 . And I forgot to tell about the blanket.. I think it is of Rs 150/- So lastly if there was any negative ⭐ to rates the hotel I must give 555⭐ in negative 😂😄🙏

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The auto drivers scam and bring you here. This hotel is too far from the actual beach. The room rate is more than double. Please do not come here.

its the worst hotel ever i seen. Puri bus stand auto driver will tell you fake story like murder hotel raids and take you to this hotel. The price is very high considering the room. Rooms and bathrooms are also not fine. Hotel staffs ask for money for every talk... they will also ask money for drinks and beer for themselves... jo room apko 2k mein mil sakta hai wo yahan 5k+ hai... they all are scammers.. avoid this hotel👍🏼 ,

First of all, this place is very much outer from the puri golden beach. When you will ask auto driver to show some Good hotels they will recommend here, and they will inform here you will get 24 hour electricity. Which is not true, you need to wait for atleast 15 minute, they will switch on the generator. The prices are very high as compare to service per Day 3600. If you are staying for more day and you placed a request to get some discount, then they will not at all reduce the money. Now comes to room service,they will push the room bell anytime.. which will make you irritate. And after leaving the room they are taking extra charges for cleaning and rest according to the staying persons profession. I personally recommend don't use this hotel..

This place is amazing. You may read this post to know more about here. But yes you have to maintain quiet environment. Other posts are old so ignore them. This post is the most latest so more information is there in this post and the hotel people have changed a lot now and they are friendly and good.
