Overall experience was average. Hotel is in a good location, close to sea beach but quite far from main Jagannath ji temple & market, you need to pay 100 INR for one way every time you go for darshan. Cleanliness for rooms was not good, furniture is all rotten and would create mess in the room every few hours. Cleaning staff is not very supportive and cooperative. Reception staff is the same. air conditioner was working good. Washroom cleanliness is was good. Hot water was coming 24 hours. In a nutshell, service is not worth with the payment we did!!

If you wish to spend some time inside a dustbin, buy one but dont spend time inside this dustbin of a hotel. Major issues faced during our stay - 1. The rooms are filthy in the sense, full of dust under bed and other other carpentary. It like the room service ppl just brush the room dust under the bed, means wtf. Switch on the fan the dusts spill out literally all over the floor and bed. Kudos to an itchy bed we had. 2. Dimly lit and the place is poor, this should be a third grade place. 3. Staffs are literally shouting on visitors for 10 minute late, means a traveller with a toddler had to vacate immediately because the staffs were literally screaming. 4. The premises were not clean full of cockroaches and bugs. Beware you are warned. 5. Weird timings of check in and check out, no intimations of anything to travellers. 6. Switch off AC before 9AM. Might be extra one hour of AC costs 1000 bucks, strange. Rents were upside 3000 bucks. The main concern is peo

Worst Hotel Ever..No restaurant, No food,no facility in washroom,No body wash, No soap,no lotions.. The restaurant's phone number is not available. The receptionist is so rude & Arrogant. When we asked questions at the reception, they said that we were requested to give a room of Rs 6000 for Rs 3200.They only wrote a room of Rs 6000 & 3 stars, a 1 star room is better than this.. those Food and washroom facilities are good.When we asked the receptionist, that manager one said that we are suffering,If you do not pay money to the workers then they will definitely leave the job.There is no facility..What is our fault If you suffer,they lie about that restaurant being open but it was not..This is not our work to see, the Receptionist told me to see.. Service is worst. Any guest can adjust bad facilities and even room condition but the attitude of the staff is what makes it memorable or forgettable. We ignored smelly towels, no toiletries etc. as the location is good. But when we were checking out , we just requested to extend one of three rooms for a little bit but the front desk guy said if we extend even by a minute then we will incur charges. We had my parents travelling with us, and they just needed to use the washroom as our cab was arriving at 9:30. The front desk guy was very rude and we had to make sure that we left the room by 9 am . There were no people waiting to checked in but the front desk person was very rude to us. This after they made us wait more than half hour to check-in at 4 pm in the evening.Would not recommend for a family stay. There are much better options available nearby at the same price.

One of the best hotel in the area , the location is very good . beach is only 2 mins away and it’s not very crowded. Food is also very good . Hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Outside food isn’t usually allowed but they allowed the kids to order pizza from nearby restaurant . That’s very generous. Overall it’s a good hotel . only cons are the room amenities like WiFi which was not available in our rooms . Water in the shower was normal temperature, not warm or hot.
