Very basic rooms. Bedding are smelly, rooms are dirty. WC is very dirty. Washbasin taps are coming out of the panel. Overall room and hotel experience is very basic. Location is wonderful. Very close to sea beach

Guys it's less experience than ever, their staffs and manager behaviour is very poor, they asking extra money, Rooms not cleaned, AC not working but money taken as per AC ROOM, all AC ROOMS AC not working. Worst experience than ever, I travelled all over india but like this hotel never ever forget their behaviour

It is a very useless hotel The staff misbehaves a lot. Ac not woring bathroom water not woring The hotel is not even cleaned properly.

We stayed at Hotel New Blue View in Puri for 4 days during summer vacation.Some of the rooms are spacious but some are stuffy without proper ventilation.The rooms are averagely clean.It's near to the sea-beach taking 5 minutes to walk there.The behaviour of the staff is okay.It is to be highlighted that the air-conditioning machines do not work properly in most of the hotel-rooms though the hotelier unfairly coerce the customers to pay AC room tariff.

We booked room in this hotel through Konnagar Samabay Bank, from 25-27 Nov 24. But couldn't check in just because of extreme rude behavior of attending Staff (Uday). We saw downgraded review of this hotel in Google, and also the bad behavior of their staff. In spite of all these, we overlooked, and thought things will be good now. But we left the hotel with lots of unsatisfaction. We had to wait outside the gate for the attending staff for 40 minutes. Even after booking for three days with full payment and caution money and reaching there, just because of the unhygienic condition and rude behavior of the staff, we left that place immediately. Totally not recommendable. Never believe this guy. He doesn't know hospitality, even how to speak with guests. Competent Authority should think about their attending staff. Lots of people are not happy with their staff. We couldn't reach to the room, so we can not give any review for rooms.

Very bad experience. Staff's behaviour was very bad and rude. Arrogant words were enough to insult guests. Reception area were dirty, house for cats and big sized rats. No lounge for guests. Not recommendable at all. Staff needs to be changed immediately.

Very good hotel. And staff behaviour is also good, room size is huge. near sea beach , walking distance 1 min, and lift facility is available.100 % Recommended
