The hotel & staff are running a scam, literally a scam. I have booked Delux AC room which was around 1300 per night. Once the cancellation window closed, the staff called me and offered to check in into a different low rated hotel instead of this one. I reported to Agoda & they told Agoda that they will provide me stay in this hotel only. Now once I reached, the actual game started as scammers do. They were telling me to checkin to different hotel or pay 300 extra per night to avail an AC room. I denied both & they know I was with family so they kept asking me the same. If I wanted to stay in the same hotel, they offered me either pay 300 extra per night for AC room or stay in non ac room. So basically, they have multiple hotels and they will take your booking showing good photo & ac room, but once you will go for checkin they will ask extra money. Thanks to Agoda, I contacted them & they paid extra money on behalf of me to the hotel so that I can stay. Another part, there is mention of welcome drink & wifi. But their wifi is not working & no welcome drink provided.

The hotel and its staff are running a complete scam. I had booked a Deluxe AC room for around ₹1300 per night. Once the cancellation window closed, I received a call from the staff offering to shift my booking to a different, lower-rated hotel. I immediately reported this to Agoda, and the hotel then falsely claimed to Agoda that they would honor my original booking. However, when I arrived, the actual scam began. The staff repeatedly tried to convince me either to move to another hotel or to pay ₹300 extra per night to get the AC room I had already booked. Since I was traveling with my family, they kept pressuring us. Their so-called “options” were to either pay extra for the AC room or accept a non-AC room instead. It’s clear that they own multiple hotels and use deceptive tactics—showing attractive photos online, taking bookings for AC rooms, and later demanding extra money at check-in. Thankfully, Agoda stepped in and covered the extra amount so we could stay as per our booking. To add to the experience, the promised welcome drink and Wi-Fi were also missing—the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and no welcome drink was provided.

This hotel is a scam. I booked a Deluxe AC room for ₹1300 per night, but after the cancellation window closed, the staff called and tried to move me to a cheaper hotel. On arrival, they demanded ₹300 extra per night for the AC room or told me to stay in a non-AC room. It’s clear they take bookings with fake promises and then ask for more money. Agoda had to step in and pay the difference so I could stay. Also, the promised welcome drink and Wi-Fi were not provided.

Worst hotel to stay. Rooms are very small and toilet bathroom is very dusty. During my stay geyzer was not working for entire two days. I had argument with receptionist and told that they have electrician available to get it repaired. No ventilation in rooms. One star for beach near hotel. But beach near hotel is dirty and don't have basic facilities like chair, umbrella, camels ride or any tea or food shop. Golden beach is better.

Hello everybody. Don't come to this hotel. Very bad service. Their rooms are not cleaned properly. There is a lot of smell. The TV in the room is not working. The bathroom is not cleaned. The food service is very slow. You are wasting your time.

This hotel is a must visit one . Good service, premium rooms and clean washroom . But I faced a problem in their water service. Frequent power shut down.

Had a good experience at this hotel but not enough good to satisfy according to the amount that is being paid. Overall good location near the beach. Clean rooms and bathrooms as well but could have been better.
