Treebo Trip Livewel - Hotel in Bandra

Finding the place was a bit of a challenge as there is no signboard. We overshot and then had to return and ask around. It is a residential building converted into a kind of homestay. Atmosphere was casual and relaxing. However, there seems to be a problem with Card payment because neither my Amex or Visa Card worked and I finally had to trudge around locating an ATM to make a payment. No Intercom to connect to 'Reception' ; only a mobile number is available. The rooms were okay but we had to request for additional towel, the bathing soap was apparently in a container labelled 'Handwash'. The AC made a bit of a racket but as we were tired out, that didn't really bother us. Food/meals could be ordered from a nearby restaurant and that was quite okay and filling. However the complimentary breakfast was pretty good and tasty though limited in menu options. Overall pretty okay if you can rough it out a bit.

The room is shabby and not well maintained. The paint was peeling off the walls and the linen looked like it hadn't been changed/cleaned in a long time. The location is good, though very hard to find and there is no name board in front. The bathrooms, though old fashioned was reasonably clean. However the room was so bad We ended up going to another location even though we had paid an advance

Room is good, no restaurant in hotel but enough restaurants around. Services are non existent. Only some sort of breakfast served with cold tea. Staff are at best and if I put it mildly, Just present. Avoid if you can. Pretty average. Employees did not know what rate to charge, I paid advance but yet insisted that I owe the money. They made some calls and than it was sorted out.

The room is shabby and not maintained well. The whole place has a shaddy/creepy atmosphere. the bed and the sheet was really dirty and the staff said there is nothing they can do about it. It was so bad, We ended up going to a different hotel even though we had paid an advance.

A centrally located Serviced Apartments. Well equipped Rooms with WiFi/ TV for easy communication & great entertainment in all regional English & Hindi Channels. Well equipped shower rooms with good sanitary facilities. They provide healthy bed/ breakfast facilities. With good house keeping. Homely atmosphere. Recommend for families & individuals who wish to reside in Mumbai.

A very mediocre Service Apartment centrally located in Bandra. Basics of the basics are made available. Room is clean and neat. Linen needs to be renewed. TV and Steam iron (had to be asked for) did not work. Hotpot had to be asked for. They take full payment at the time of check in but on check out, no bill was provided. Only one room key is given. Unless absolutely necessary, will not go there again.

Rooms not up to the standard of treeboo or any big brand name. Even oyo rooms provide much better rooms with better facilities. Not at all recommended for stay. Location is great but rooms and spooky building can spoil your mood as soon as you get in. No in house restaurant or food facility.no water given. Experience wasn't good.

This is my second visit to Treebo Trip Livewel. Was very happy with the rooms during my first visit and hence had opted for the same place again but was highly disappointed with the room allotted during my second visit on 11th Feb 2020. The allotted room was very small compared to the earlier one and the cost of the same was the same. There was no indication of the type of room being booked before making the payment. The rooms should be clearly classified before the user books the room and makes the payment.
