Hotel Metro Palace

I had an excellent stay at Metro Palace. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in a very prime place in Bandra & close to BKC, an advantage if you are traveling for business reasons.

Don’t book it! Rooms are way smaller and compact than it seems. Staff was really rude and always being very judgemental with their looks. Also, just because I got my periods and their sheets got ruined, I was charged extra 1000 bucks because they said we don’t use these sheets again and rather than throw them away, making me feel embarrassed about being a female. Worst Experience Ever!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms are clean no doubt, the suite fitted perfectly for 5 of us. Bathrooms are good. They give 2 water bottles, towels, kettle, coffee, tea sachets in room. However what we did not like was there were so many mosquitoes in the room we couldn’t sleep without wearing the blanket. And the mosquito racket was not working🥲 But at the end if you are planning to stay its a goof option as hill road shopping is nearby.

The rooms were good. The service was exceptional. From handling the luggage to the rooms and then keeping our luggage for more than a couple of hours post our checkout. Everything was smooth. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Before going to this hotel, i read a review and i was not sure about our comfort stay as there are some negative reviews. But after going to hotel, i felt good. Nice location, hotel and rooms and bathroom are clean. It fitted perfectly for 3 of us. We were there to go to USA embassy and we felt this hotel is our perfect choice. We have done lots of shopping from near by places to hotel. Shopping options are available within 400 m near to hotel. Bus station and bandra railway station is also near to roam in the city. Hotel staff particularly receptionist boys are very polite and cooperative. They helped us a lot. We didn’t take any food here, not even breakfast as we prefer only veg. Kitchen. We have already recommended this hotel to our family members and we will recommend in future to our family and friends. It’s good for the stay.
