Isse ghatiya room zindagi mein kabhi nahi dekha Red area is better then this this is exactly expectation VS Reality the room which they show in the app and photo this is what they have actually Toilet,room is totally not clean. the vibe is very bad .everything is dirty “please don’t visit this hotel if you don’t want to spoil your day.”

Came here as a foreign medical tourist on a budget. Didn't have the highest expectations and I certainly don't need luxury. That being said...This was probably the worst room I've ever personally stayed in, and it was the worst out of 3 places I stayed in Mumbai by far (with similar prices). There was visible mold growing on a good portion of the walls, not a little, but quite a fair bit. The room honestly seemed like, other than the main surfaces, it had never been cleaned - I layed one of my shirts on top of the dresser to dry out, only to realize it had now been coated in obscene amounts of dust; after realizing this I started looking more closely at the room and realized many parts of the room had this problem. The shower also stopped working and we had to resort the the bucket that was placed in there; it's not the end of the world, you just expect a shower when you're told you will have one. There was also very loud construction noises that would happen at early and late hours that kept us up. The bed was also basically just a slab with no give. The good things I can say is that the area nearby has some nice places (definitely check out "The Village Shop", an amazing cafe with just the sweetest owner), we felt safe in this area as white foreigners (not a problem anywhere we stayed, but worth mentioning), and we don't THINK it had bed bugs lol. If you've got some flexibility in location I would really recommend Locomo Hostel, we had an incredible experience in the private room there and it was basically the same cost, it's just further north in Mumbai. If you need something closer to here, Hotel Arts International was an okay experience (definitely better than this).

The room was very unclean , it was not cleaned after the previous customer had left , it smelled of cigarettes and the basin was completely stained by pan that was spit there which was left uncleaned. The bedsheet was torn and the blanket was unchanged from previous use and had alot of hair on it. The TV didn't work has well. And the female staff on the counter had the rudest behaviour when we asked for a different room. It has been the worst experience.

The room was nothing like shown in the photo. It was a very small, damp, unclean room with used bedsheet. The bathroom scene was even horrible. Small worms were coming out of the wash basin. The worst part is, even after complaining to the staff, there was no actions taken, not even an apologetic sentence.

WINDFLOWER RESIDENCY SCAM Cockroach and rats infested rooms Not a value for money foul smell like rotten garbage No ventilation no windows AC malfunction Arrogant and rude receptionist that insisted on dusting the Stained linen and overflowing garbage instead of getting it replaced. Rooms were as small as a prison cell 0 amenities Poor hygiene and maintenance and the roof were chipping and falling apart cause of dampness and moisture which is a health hazard. will not recommend this stay to anyone as windflower residency goes against the cleanliness standards and against the policies laid down by the tourism ministry of India. Don't believe the fake and fabricated reviews online NO free Cancellation or refund policy 0 stars

The hotel has several rooms, we were offered the smallest one which had no side tables and plugs to charge mobile phones or laptops while working. The washroom's sink pipe had a leakage. The room was not fresh in terms of fragrance and the bedsheets used. We had an emergency as there were no rooms available around us in the morning as we landed so we chose to keep our luggage and travel. The charges were 2500 without gst. I would suggest if you opt for this hotel never go for room no 103, it is a waste. You can opt for better hotels around.

Great banquet, everything was nice. Had wonderful event,will choose it again next time.Great location,service, friendly staff.Good value for money. The food was delicious.Overall very nice experience
